Hi...i applied for B.Ed degree Attestation services (HRD) by paying Rs.1500 for teachers university as per instructions given in esanad and Rs.40 for esanad postal charges. Now the status is DISPATCHED but not yet received.
My doubt is, Can i apply APOSTILlE now in esanad by paying Rs.90?

Yes its true
Certificate copy was received. Apostile is done through agents as per website instructions. Actual fee for Apostile is around Rs. 100. But agents charging 500 to 1000 and not giving invoice at the beginning.
@@dr.wilfredblessing-youthta4379Yeah.. HRD stamp we can get directly in secretariat but Apostile in MEA is quite different they not accepting individual applications. But through Bharatkosh portal we can do payment for MEA… but need to wait for some time.

Hai bro I applied on e sanad. After getting Xerox of documents shall I go to chennai Secretariat office to get hrd attestation. I completed my education in tamil nadu only .

eSanad online Rs.90 for apostille. You can do it in MEA office in Nungampakkam chennai once HRD is over. No need to contact agents if you can do it in chennai.

@@jimalgeorge6821 Appositle is only once as per my knowledge. Before doing that HRD should be done. Some agencies will skip HRD though it is long process and instead they will get Notary seal from a govt lawyer. This is accepted by some countries. However HRD is the best one. I have experienced in both ways.

I applied for apostile.. and after i made the payment i got the same thing like shown in 11:38. Got Document Id but payment status was pending. After a while when i checked in the dashboard it shows i have uploaded the document but in ‘manage files- view document’ section it says no document has been uploaded. Should i have to repeat the process again bro?

@@airopa In HRD ministry strictly said theye won't provide hard copy seal in original documents after covid. So e sanad is the only option.
Don't take the documents to Secretariat after u got attestation from e sanad.
If you insist harder they will give you a physical stamp..

Get your esanad copy along with your original certificate. Go to the secretariat and get it done.

No. If you are looking for an HRD stamp, you must choose attestation over apostle.
Is consolidated marksheet enough for document verification or it require provisional certificate?

Yes get the copy along with your og document. Go to secteriat and get your stamp done in a day

It may vary from 1000 to 5000. If you are in tamilnadu go to Al-hind travels they are charging a less amount to get certificate apostiled

@@abhijithc4457 if you did get attestation from e sanad make sure you get it on your original certificate. In order to do that go to mea office which is secreteriat located near marina and then aproach foreign affairs office and tell them you need the stamp on your orginal certificate. They will give you then proceed with apostiles

Apostiles are called central government verification.. apostiles have more value than attestation but if your embassy wants both you have to get both on your certificate.
