    Great stuff as always! Really enjoy seeing the wide variety of items you sell! I really liked that secret to eBay too, "See something that hasn't sold in over year, and it sells within days of seeing it again" Classic!

    2 issues ive notice lately online...you sell an item that is new but NOS and batteries jncluded, they claim " oh, i got the item but, the betteries are coroded inside" the buyers are hoping to scam you and hope that you give a full refund and you tell them to keep it...😂😂😂..i tell thim send me detail pictures. Proving its coroded and to return it back to me...90% of the responses are either ignored or they tell me nevermind they are going to keep it anyways....another BS is a buyer buys an item and then sends a DM "please no invoice inside the packing, its gift to someone) again 90% of the time its a drop shipper and clone our listing to another online market place...i usually call out this drop shipping buyer, and tell them i know whats going, and its against Ebay TOS...😂

      If you’re getting the price you asked for then who cares about dropshippers? Does it bother you that someone is making a profit off your product? Well then stop going to thrift stores, yard sales, and flea markets and stop making profit off other people too!

    Love your channel. You are awesome! Just the facts. I used to sell on ebay in the 90s then switched to etsy which IMHO is now ebay.20 but worse. They stole money from a bunch of us sellers during the pandemic. I closed my shop and they have been charging me monthly listing fees for no reason at all for 2 years. Good luck contacting anyone there. I may go back to ebay. I sell mostly vintage fashions. You inspire me.

    So jelly of your GW prices. That train set at my GW would have been $100+ for sure. Anything near nice and complete is crazy expensive. I have to really hunt for obscure items with value. Even my estate sale yesterday wanted $75 for Panasonic blue line without remote. I literally laughed out loud. She said they go for $180 online lmao. It’s getting harder to source out here in Colorado.

    Hey Wick, keep up the great videos! I just have to share that I get like a surge of intuition at some thrifts where I walk past something, then later I just get this feeling I should turn back. I totally spaced on a BOSE Acoustic Wave CD Changer System with remotes for $30 thinking it looked too old to be valuable, sold for $400 on eBay 4 weeks later.

If you ever run across the Boyds mini messages plush - they are like 3" tall - definitely look those up! I sold one that I paid .50 for at a garage sale for $90 plus shipping on Mercari!! Great video Wick with awesome sales! I was wondering do you have any videos on shipping items? I have the exact VCR and a few others but nervous to list due to not knowing the best/safest way.✌🏻

    • @rc_swift1772
      @rc_swift1772 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Test it thoroughly and wrap it in medium to big bubble wrap. If you can feel the item through the bubbles then add another layer and if you can't get a box that is a exact fit fill in the space untill it doesn't move around if you shake the box. I always do a shake test which insures it's all secure.

    • @FlippingJunk
      @FlippingJunk  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I have a shipping video, but it's mostly about the different shipping options. VCRs are easy to ship as long as you have a box that fits. Just pack it tight, wrap in bubble wrap, and it should ship fairly cheap using ground advantage.

    Ebay is totally ran on China factory sellers that DO NOT Pay usa sales taxes like American sellers have to .
    Another situation is that Ebay runs your Funds through a Amsterdam money system that distributes your payout allowing ebay to get tax free interest YEP just like money laundering..
    Paypal was a Direct deposit from the sale and was a USA based company ..When does it END when does the US government step in ...
    China sellers from factories are set up in a office loaded with Ebay accounts under different seller names lowering and raising prices yes PRICE FIXING ...
    Shipping cost from china is Fixed also ..
    Best advantage agents china ran ebay is to contact your politicians and put a stop to the price fixing and TAX EVASION out of china..Ebay should be liable
