What an amazing episode to finish the year! Thank you for sharing the recipe and clear and detailed step to step guide, you always give the viewers inspiration and motivation to attempt a new dish and simplify the cooking process. I have never cooked this dish before as i always wonder if the taste it will weird after all the sauces (e.g. the curry gravy and the pork gravy) combine at the bottom and becomes mixed sauce, but I will happily enjoy them as separate dishes. Have a wonderful Christmas, and a very blessed 2023!
I really like how your video make cooking Chinese food so easy. Only disappointment on this episode was the oyster came out from a can. I was waiting to see how u cook it, because my mom love oyster and thinking of making it for Christmas dinner. Anyway, thanks for the video.
