@@yassine5086 I don't think you understood what he meant. It was considered a sin for the majority of Christian history, Jews were considered second class and in many places they were obliged to take care of these positions that were sins for Christians, eventually when they gained rights, many of them sticked to the jobs that were known to be "futureproof" as there would always be a fear of what the future to come, and as History has taught us...Jews have always had to fear for something.
I haven't gone to a bank who said "hey we'll lend you money, 0% interest rate", not to mention the average age of when a person would pass away back then was...half if not less, depending in which point and time it could be 35-40 years old.

No response ,and later spat on and called a CHRISTIAN. I AM STILL VERY SAD ABOUT THAT. But I cannot blame them for the tide we all now flow through life with. I think we all know it’s because they have mastered the art of community and nepotism. And good for them since they have achieved this at a more successful and fruitful level than any other group. But let’s be honest, it has little to do with actual morals
I heard the great John Hagee preach on this issue. He said that he believes it’s because as Jewish people are raising their children at every Holy dinner that they have on Friday nights, the “man of the home”, speaks a blessing aloud over each individual child. Every. Single. Night. He went on to say that he believes that that is why approximately twenty percent of the United States population is Jewish, however, CEO’s and CFO’s of successful companies, are made up of approximately 80 percent Jewish business people. He went on to ask his Christian audience what they spoke over their own children aloud. Great and beautiful point.
There are far fewer than 20% Jewish people in this country. The actual number is 2.5%. I am Jewish. I do not see business as godly and neither does any Jew I’ve ever known. There’s nothing wrong with it, but it’s not seen as especially godly. I would say that the main factor in our community’s general success is our emphasis on education and our tendency to analyze, discuss and not simply accept info without critical thinking. A big part of Judaism for the more observant is discussing the Torah and what various passages mean. Not just accepting an interpretation but using our brains to work it out for ourselves. Education is built into our culture. Having said this, please don’t stereotype all Jews as especially smart or successful. Any stereotype, even a positive one, is never the full picture. There are plenty of poor Jews. Do not expect every Jew you meet to fit a certain expectation. We are individuals and we’re not going to neatly fit into whatever overall view you may have.

In Islam, “Riba”, interest, is forbidden. Ramsey would love to know the emphasis on buying with cash, within budget. No credit cards or debt to drag one down.
It's a stupid and backwards custom. There is nothing honorable or wise about forcing people to lend money without interest. Money now is worth more than money later so it simply creates a different kind of inequity that strongly discourages commerce.
@@edog101no it only makes sense to the sensible . There are people who lend money to their own to start a business or finish school , without interest. Yet when it comes to the outsiders , outside there community they charge interest and that to high ones . So high that itcrips of the shirt on the back of the Man . Many a times he loses his lives earnings , dealing with such high interest rates. The lesson to learn is take care of the people in your community and do not rip off non community members .
I'm not a jew, but a Christian. God calls us to serve others. Paul tells us in 2 Thess that whoever does not work, neither shall he eat. He also says that we should not be busy bodies. Basically, someone who just dies random things which don't actually amount to anything. Colossians 3:17 says that whatever we do should be done in the name of the Lord. Basically, if we do something, we should do it as if we are doing it for God. This means that we will always work hard and strive to do the best we can in our occupations. I have heard far too many people say that they don't need to work because God will take care of them. In all reality, yes, God will take care of us, but he calls us to work. Faith without works is dead. I know that is talking about spiritual works, but the idea is the same. God does not want people that are unwilling to work and that choose to rely solely on the good will of others. However, there are also provisions in the scripture for those who legitimately cannot work. Depending on the situation, the church may provide for them, or the members of the church may provide for them. Regardless, they still should have that drive to work, even if they are unable.
They don't believe Jesus is the son of God, the father. And sitting at God's right hand today. Who cares what else they say? They will not be known by Jesus! They are goats and not sheep! Why talk about them?
As world view, there are 2 types of Jews. The modern and old( traditional) . Jewish believe that there is only one God, their God is Yahweh/ Jehovah , because of its sacredness / holy name, they don't pronounce it .. the only one that is not congruent to the His (alignment) is because they focus on tradition.. human tradition. They're very thrifty... "very" ..
Jews also pour that money back into their synagogues and their communities - ie they tithe quite literally religiously. They also stick with one another and support each other. They don’t tear each other down when one becomes successful at something. This is unlike some communities in this country who see one of their own start succeeding and tell them “that’s the so and so man’s way, why do you wanna be that for”.
Anyone who lends as a business does it at interest. It the interest is reasonable, there's nothing wrong with that. Businesses that do payday or title loans don't do it at a reasonable rate. I don't know what type of people do that, other than being morally questionable.
Of course? You want them to lend you money at 0% interest rate and you pay them back in 30 years? Business is business. I like how you say that as if it's specific to Jews, like there aren't Hindu, Christian or Muslim bankers.

It also helps to own the banking system. And Hollywood. And Disney and apple. Just sayin.
Do you imagine that a fairy just shit those things into their hands?
It's called Parnasa 💪
Yeah we're good with money. Love Rabbi Lapin's book.
I assume you're a jew. How do you guys invest your money? What's your personal favorite investment vehicle?
@@andriartayudianto8918as a jew speaking:

And also...
More real estate.

So when they charged out interest at 80% for a thousand years back in rome that was to serve people right?
I haven't gone to a bank who said "hey we'll lend you money, 0% interest rate", not to mention the average age of when a person would pass away back then was...half if not less, depending in which point and time it could be 35-40 years old.
The new testament says completely the opposite
They stick together. They help each other.
Its because they know how to trample others and take their things for themselves.
I am glad many are picking up on this😅
Ah, yes, that's why they're the most abused minority in every country on Earth except the one tiny spit of land you begrudge them.
I wanted to be Jewish in all new things. Wanted to do something different in the hope of something different happening to me. Same thing that always happens,I could not divert from. No response ,and later spat on and called a CHRISTIAN. I AM STILL VERY SAD ABOUT THAT. But I cannot blame them for the tide we all now flow through life with. It can be a good tide but it can also be a rip tide. 😢
I wish when I was a pre-teen that I had been led to read a chapter each day of the Proverbs..
The Billy Graham Organization has a similar management style.
And also that Jews have a severe in-group bias and help each other out
Jews will buy from their community even if it's more expensive
@@iw5575 If you're talking about Ultra Ortodox, sure, they have to cause Kosher bla bla bla but just regular Jews don't care where they buy by the most part, unless that business is not fan of Jewish people.
So does every other group, and yet
One example is the guy who owns the mining in congo (slave mining).
His name is Dan Gertler.
Or another way the rabbi could’ve put it: They have no morals
Well I also think there was some religious context about the religious majority not being able to do banking because of lending for interest was considered sinful.
There's always someone who doesn't like them and makes their lives miserable.
It is because they are chosen abd blessed by God , abd those principals moses told them to meditate on them day and night ..,. Hold on we have them too in the bible
Rationalization.
But what does Jesus say?
Go sell everything..
My son sent this video to me. I watched it, and liked it. I firmly believe, "Faith without works is dead". Jesus Christ gave us both the Spiritual and Corporal Works of Mercy at at His Sermon on the Mount! Jesus, Himself, had faith and served. 😊
It's definitely not nepotism or subversion. Oh no!
There also is high value placed on education. An educated disciplined person is more likely to succeed v
In Islam, “Riba”, interest, is forbidden. Ramsey would love to know the emphasis on buying with cash, within budget. No credit cards or debt to drag one down.
I doubt he'd find it that interesting, since he's Christian and Christianity has the same proscription.
It's a stupid and backwards custom. There is nothing honorable or wise about forcing people to lend money without interest. Money now is worth more than money later so it simply creates a different kind of inequity that strongly discourages commerce.
You also can't make money by investing if no one will pay interest in your country.
I like that. Biblical wisdom.
This sounds alittle like the Ferengi belief system. I can dig it.
Hahaahhah
The book is well worth the read, no matter how long it is
Gold? Like investing
Whe I was a young boy the Jews would come and ask for rags door to door
The real reason is they collect the interest, not pay it.
There I said it because no one else would.
Moneylending is a service that provides value, just like any other.

They don't believe Jesus is the son of God, the father.
And sitting at God's right hand today.
Who cares what else they say? They will not be known by Jesus!
They are goats and not sheep!
Why talk about them?
Rabbi Daniel Lappin is a wonderful man I've heard him speak in person on several occasions.
"very" ..
Jehova is not the creators name though. They inserted that there though and fool all these silly christians.

"Belief systems" i.e. don't do something morally wrong
They also happen to lend at interest…
Crickets 🦗
Yeah he's talking out of his ass lmao
Jewish people do not lend to other Jews with interest. Not allowed.
Yes, that is also a service they're providing that you're paying them for, what's your point
