They don't have the original engines in them. They've probably been replaced with a Judd GV series engine which is more reliable and has a much longer lifespan.
Thanks! Unfortunately, I took these clips a few years ago. I am not sure, but maybe the Jordan is louder if I had to pick one. They both are swapped with 4.0L Judd V10s.
Isn’t these beauties run with a Judd V8 engine? Doesn’t sound like the original V10’s and usually the Judd is the solution to make them runable as a racecar continously.
These engines aren't formula one spec. Sound heavily restricted. Edit... I just read the description...not the original engines. Although Judd did supple engines in F1, the engines in these cars are not those.
The owner of these cars used to have a mid 90's Ferrari V12 F1 car. That was a real treat to see and hear!
What a sound!!
It is a great sound!
I watched both these cars testing at Silverstone on many occasions and they sounded nothing like that. Much higher pitched and much louder.

They have Judd V10s
Eargasm !! Love it !!
Thanks for posting! Which was louder; Jordan or Benetton?? 🏎️🔊🔊🔊

The engine was swapped it has a "4.0L Judd V10 that makes about 800hp."
Sounds like V12 not V10
It is a V10. I have seen the engine and talked to the people that operate it.

@@der_fahranfaenger does not really scream like a 20.000 rpm V10.
@@skiron100 That's because you heard 00s V10. 90's V10 didn't scream to 20k rpm
@@skiron100 that’s because in the 90s they weren’t turning 20,000 RPM. That wasn’t until the 2000s. This cars engine made peak HP at 15,500 RPM.

For Fook sake put your foot down... None of those cars in this video were full throttle
Sounds no diff than today's cars....
Not!!!!!!
Sounds like an V8 not like V10...
It has a Judd V10 swap.
not to mention V12 were banned after 1994 I believe. A reaction to Senna's crash.
@@chipstetson974 they actually were not banned officially until 1999, but even Ferrari decided to switch to V10 after 1995.
