Great drone footage, amazing country. I've got this trail mapped out and am planning my first trip to Moab this next Spring. I see the video was posted in April, what was the date you did this trail ? I've been told that there is a huge Jeep rally in April around Easter. I plan to make my trip before or after the Jeep rally so I avoid the crowds and traffic.
Thanks for watching. I did this trail in March which is a great time to go as there’s still snow on the mountains. April is great as well. Make sure to check out the views from Deadhorse Point State Park .
You have to book a room reservation one year in advance. Room prices are as high as a premiere ski resort. Everything during Safari is over priced. The crowds are maddening. Traffic is snarled most times. The trails are choked with vehicles or are closed. It used to be fun. Not anymore.
@@raginroadrunner Thanks for the info. I just found out the dates for this year's Safari/Rally. First week of April. I plan to head down end of April of first part of May.
I would allow 3-4 hours to be able to take in the beautiful scenery. There are more trails up top that could extend your time. This really is a beautiful trail. Thanks for watching 🍺🍺
Love jeeping that trail every time...thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching, one of my favorites for sure.
Beautiful scenery and great video! Have added this trail to our list for September, 2023. Thanks for sharing! The drone footage is very helpful.
Thanks for watching. You will love this trail and the views that come with it.
You have a great eye in your filming. Hope to drive that some day. cheers
Thanks for watching. This is absolutely one of the most beautiful trails I’ve been on. You will have a great time when you get there.
BEAUTIFUL 😍. Thanks for sharing. I am going to Moab this September, and this makes me more excited to go.
Thanks for watching
Make sure you check out Dead Horse State Park when there. Awesome views
This trail never gets old. Always so awesome.
Absolutely, great scenery all the way from Moab.
Are there areas along this trail where you could setup and boondock?
Yes, there’s a couple along the way. One right at the beginning of the trail.
Beautiful video, thank you
Thanks for watching. Wonderful area to explore.
Got to get back. Thanks for the view.
Thanks
Always a great trail to explore.
Very nice photography. Enjoyed your video.
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching. Beautiful scenery for sure.
Great video!
Thanks for watching. One of the most beautiful trails in the Moab area for sure.
Nice video! I'm looking to head back to Moab soon and looking for some trails that are not too technical. This one will definitely make the list.
Thanks for watching. This is a must on the list for sure. Shafer, hurrah pass, and Gemini bridges have some excellent views as well.
@@adventureoverland1960 I looked at your channel a little more. Are you in West TN? I’m in Bartlett.
Yea, I’m in the Eads area.
Simply beautiful!
Thanks, it’s one of the most beautiful trails in the area that I have been on.
Thanks. I enjoyed the video. Just wondering, how far or near did you have to drop trailer to explore?
I was camping in Canyonlands. There are many places along the river as well.
Do Gladiators come with a built in drone or was that separate?
I'll assume its part of the package as I have yet to see a glady with out a drone
🍺🍺 Comes with for sure. Just gotta learn to fly it now.

Thank you for the video. What month did you drive this?
Thanks for watching, this was in early March. Beautiful scenery on the way to the trail from Moab as well.
How much time should we budget for this trail? Just starting our planning now.

Thanks for watching 🍺🍺
is this doable in a 4x4 short wheel base pickup, without damaging said pickup... LOL.
Absolutely. Heavy rain could change things but this is an easy drive.
