I’ve been wanting to try these for so long but I just couldn’t justify the $180 price tag. After being patient for a while, I’m happy to say I finally got them for a steal at a New Balance Outlet for $42! Can’t wait to try them for a run!

I have these and I didn't have the chance to buy a wide version. I just ordered a size up and they fit very well. The softness is unlike anything I have felt before. I really, really like it. The upper is great, good room in the toe area if you like toe splay.

I need to try this. I got the Nike ZoomX Invincible Run Flyknit 2 and they're amazing BUT the Flyknit material on the upper is rough and not stretchy at all and I noticed when I walk, the Flyknit matrrial on the toe box creases and the crease digs into my toe and after 8hrs, sore and blistered toe from it. I wish the Invincible Run had a soft and stretchy upper material like on the NBs 1080v12, or this shoe.

Had to snip a lil bit of the extra fabric near inner ankle on one of the shoes..Really small snip and can’t see it from the outside. Really really propels you to move. Get a half size bigger. I dont know anything about long distane running. I was a SPRINTER for many years, but Im old now and I just wear sneakers for comfort and style. I run like 10-20km a week KM not miles on a treadmill.
I saw these shoes a couple months ago online and was like "They look soo cool! I got to try them." I was able to check them out at a local new balance stor I just happened to be in the neighborhood.
I put them on and man. They were the most amzazing feeling runners Ive ever put on my feet. Like Insane. Again I am 100% ignorant to mid long distance shoe technology, so maybe this is all regular stuff to you guys. To me I felt like I somehow got my hand on some sort of Batman 007 technology.
I feel like I will be purchasing them next week as I cant stop thinnking about how insane these shoes felt. So soft but so springy at the same time. To be honest they felt great but strange at the same tme, almostas if I felt like you could fall around tight corners. again I dont know ANYTHING!

You should try altras new torin 6. For wider feet you would probably love their "footshape". Also this new version lowkey has a unique heal design that kinda bends and locks for an easier slip on.
P.S. Been great to see how much love you've been giving to the fuel cell line as a comfy casual wear, which otherwise has been getting attention from mostly runner focused channels.

I just have a tough time wearing shoes that soft and squishy. I get foot fatigue when wearing shoes too soft. I work 9 hours on my feet on concrete and I need something that's going to give me a little more stability. I feel like I'm feeling the ground a lot more than something more supportive. I think if you have flat feet, soft and squishy is fine but for me, something that squishy and my arch tends to collapse causing more foot pain.

They may cushion your foot more when running but I agree with those that said the carbon plate being close to your foot lends to a feel of more support. It is an interesting feel and I'm glad I got to experience it but I'll continue looking for claims of a cushier feel than the Invincible.

I've been using some fresh foam more v3s and recently switched to the invincible 2s (I used the birthday promo to get 10% off so I bought 2! - if you haven't sign up and give next month as your b-day). Anyway, I'll say I like the zoomX invincible 2s much better than the More V3s: the upper is WAY WAY better and the foam+rocker is great. That said I was looking at the More V4s and ran across these new fuel cells with "illegal" stack height - well, stack so high it's illegal is my jam so i just bought some and we'll see how they compare to the invincible v2s when they get here!

@@KrisBaca I believe FuelCell will blow uou away. FF/FFX are good but I love fuelcell. I bought a pair of NB Leratos and have turned around and bout 2 more pairs just because the comfort will blow you away. Super stable shoe for having a super squishy foam midsole. The Leratos are expensive but on Joes New Balance Outlet they have the $225 Leratos at $119 plus 25% off that price too. If you have the funds I HIGHLY suggest snagging a pair for a great bargain. The shoe is extremely smooth yet bouncy when walking. I think they are on sale because either a Lerato V2 is coming or they didnt sell like they wanted and not making them anymore. Which is why alot of them are popping on on sites with big discounts. Its not a bad shoe that people dont buy it, it's just expensive.

Only problem is they don't make any good colorways like black bottoms etc

Carbon plate? Every plated shoe I’ve tried is not a casual comfort shoe and the plate is clearly noticeable whenever your not running.

Why do all the kickass shoes look like something a soccer mom would wear, the invincible runs looked like dad shoes, but I rocked them clear till they fell apart, this? Maybe if they can give me a black color way, my runs taught me never to get anything with a white midsole again

If _THIS_ shoe is a 6/10 in ground feel, then what is a 10 and a 1? Hes' head would explode if he put on a GYW dress shoe.
Leather, cork > inches of foam

Nice but i still hands down believe the nike zoomx invincible flyknit 2 is the best comfort soft squishy shoe so far in my opinion 👍

Have you tried these? You can't necessarily claim that one shoe is the best without having tried the others, I'm sure every brand has a pretty comparable max cushion shoes to those.

Yeah, but not in a sell-out type of way. I think it's just the natural progression of sneaker heads as they grow up. We slowly transition from hype to comfort, with function taking priority over form/aesthetics.

I love what they have been doing from my first steps in the New Balance 1080v10 onward, and love to see the evolution of what brands create especially if they do so in a forward stride which I can see that is what they do! But I only have a few NB vids per month, I have tons of other content too but never see these type of comments on the no-name saucony shoe or Under Armour I review.
