A lot of those demons were likely just there to party. While I'm sure there were some that were exes to Blitz, I still have doubts that all of them were there for their hatred of him. Honestly, I think that party was more about Verosika wanting to vent and hold on to her resentment longer than actually helping other demons heal from the pain Blitz actually caused. The only exception to the rule so far is Pride, and I suspect that's because it gets purged every year by the exorcist angels, ergo there is no point in trying to impose any greater order on the ring since said order will just be completely upended by the end of the year anyway. It sincerly give me the sensation that, outside of the most general cases, like Sinners not leaving the Pride Ring, Hellborns having limitations traveling to Earth and maybe possible offens against the Goetia, most of the laws are present from the Greed Ring going down because of the big cities built there and the kind of ruling used there (which seems mostly capitalistic by looking at Greed, Lust and Sloth being big economic empires). Pride is basically a lawless wasteland because Lucifer (and Lilith) seem to have always approached Sinners trying to inspire them to be better (and failing) instead of imposing stuff, which allowed for Overlords to rise in power while Hellborns stay mostly in Imp City, Wrath is an harsh desert where Satan (who probably acts as sheriff) leaves is Imps do their own things and Gluttony is a vast jungle with Beelzebub focusing more on throwing parties for her Hellhounds.
I always just saw it as Lucifer not really being bothered by what the other sins do so he just leaves them to their own things, especially during his depression
I assumed it would’ve been the sins dictating the laws, but that raises the question of who’s responsible for the goetias? They’re co governed by Ozzie and Paimon but they live on every ring.
There are 9 kings, so Goetias are certainly Co-Governed by Paimon, Baal, Beleth, Vine, Purson, Balam, Zegan, and Belial. Asmodeus is the 9th king of the Ars Goetia, but his standing is different as he is one of the sins. So while he might have some involvement in issues that affect the Ars Goetia, he has his own realm to run as one of the sins.
I'd assume the Goetia largely govern themselves, the lower ranked being expected to defer to the higher. Any issue to big would be dealt with by the Sins. That might be how we're introduced to Satan in that apparent court room.
@@Bubbasdumbscience There are 72 demons in the Ars Goetia. Understandably all 72 demons aren't going to be used in series. So we will only see the other kings if they prove relivent to the story.

Wild speculation, but in my head-canon it was Velvette that gave Hell smartphones and the Internet-something the other Vees were all too happy to capitalise on, particularly Vox.
Maybe the courtroom episode will talk a lot about contracts? The devil is known for making deals and maybe the laws in hell have to do with enforcing contracts / deals because it's something Lucifer respects as a deal maker
The one thing that bothers me for Blitz business. Was that if he kills a target or someone not, would that also mean a ticket to heaven if they do not go to hell. And even Stolas and Blitz fault for causing a future war between Humans, Angels and Demons (HAD for Short). All because they could not keep hell a secret but now exposed.
An interesting lore detail it would be nice to explore is how Wrath and Gluttony seem to be generally exploited by the rest of Hell for their resources because of how nature-centered they are. Stolas himself said in "Harvest Moon Festival" that Wrath is where the food mostly comes from, as we can see from the eggs in Ozzie's fridge and Stola's milk in Full Moon's opening song, but we can also notice that Gluttony as well provides for the rest of Hell, mostly beverage (like Beelzejuice) as we see in Apology Tour, but also other products like the syrup (made by Gluttony carnivorus plants) Blitz uses in Full Moon. Imps and Hellhounds clearly live a much wilder live-style, pushed clearly by both Satan and Beelzebub, who don't seem to have any interest in urbanazing and modernizing their Rings, which could be a way for them to mantain things more raw and natural compared to the other Rings.
@PauloSM-wx1ty Or consider the sinner's form ended up being so similar to a hellborn (like a hellhound maybe) that they've just never been questioned. So they can ride to other rings whenever they want
The Hellavator could be exceedingly elegant because it was somebody's "ego project", much like Penn Central, Grand Central, etc. - which were built as veritable cathedrals vs merely functional.
Even if the laws are only meant to benefit the elite in hell, it doesn't sound like they have preventative laws in the case of Blitz's business and Stella's actions against Stolas. Blitz's business does seem to cause problems since he and IMP doesn't have a human disguise but it seems like no one has turned his business in by now; if elites have eyes on Earth, especially the human government, you'd think they'd already act on IMP by now. At the same time, one could make the argument that IMP's business would be beneficial to the elite since I'm sure that there are humans that could become problems for demon plans on Earth. If I remember correctly, the pilot of Helluva Boss did have implication of that being the case for IMP before the final cut. As for Stella trying to have Stolas killed, I'm surprised that there appear to be no laws for having an elite to kill another elite, directly or indirectly. Does it not happen often if not at all? Even Lucifer coming in to be a mediator, his personality from Hazbin Hotel implies he really doesn't do much as of right now, depending on the timeline of when Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss takes place. Do the elite not fight amongst themselves? Is assassination among them not common? I find that very hard to believe that's not a thing. If it's not and there is a law, Andreaphus better have a really good explanation on how to save Stella from it; even if they get rid of Stolas that doesn't mean she'll get off scott free.
I just saw a video interview with vivzipop about future episode ideas and I would like to see a video on the idea of Stella’s perspective on being forced into an arranged marriage and the development we’ve been waiting years on. What kind of person was Stella and show she’s not a 1 note villain and see what that can do for potential story ideas.
@@CartoonUniverse can’t wait. Stella is a character I like but with no development it’s hard to care for her or even sympathize with her. I know not every character has to be developed but Stella I want to know about
For me, I like a shallow character. Some people are really shallow in real life and I think its important to remind people that overt narcissists do exist with no redeeming backstory. but I am sure that seeing more goetia childhoods being messed up would be way more interesting than her just being born evil, so I'm excited for it.
@@CartoonUniverse I agree irl stuff does happen with people like that but that’s usually cause of some up ringing. Bad neighborhood, bad parents, people who you associate with growing up. Like you being in a good family and town but surround yourself with friends who are bad influence on you. Like in Stella’s case she wants to be part of the goetia cause of the status but cause she wants to impress them she’s a jerk to everyone cause maybe they’re all jerks to others so she tries to act like them to fit in. So that plus being forced into an arranged marriage would sour someone’s world view and treat others horribly
in Dante's Purgatorio the mortal paradise, or the garden of eden, is found on top of mount purgatory. we know of a garden like place in the pride ring called Wonder Land. the theory is that humans are bound to the gardens, ashes to ashes, dust to dust.
Hey, they did my suggestion! Thanks Impcut. Also, to me, the Ars Goetia and the Sins seem to be on similar power levels as we have seen that Stolas and Paimon (and presumably other blood-related members of the Goetia family) have powerful demon forms, as do the Sins, as we see with Bee, Asmodeus, and Mammon. So to me they are on similar power levels.
It could be that magic itself enforces the laws. Stolas said himself that the word or signature of a sin is binding. For the sinners, that seems to be limited to soul contracts and deals like the one Alastor made with Charlie. This is further confirmed by Lucifer not actually attacking Adam until he physically hurts Charlie who was protected as a hellborn. Perhaps the Goetia all take some kind of oath to uphold the laws when they take up their titles
I’m guessing the leader of each ring probably decides the rules for that ring. So Wrath is probably fairly lawless due to being Satan’s territory while Greed has laws that mainly concern money.
I can't wait to see Hazbin's version of God and Christ, if Viv plans on including them. I imagine both beings will feel...rather cross towards Sera's idea of the Extermination
If there is a God in the show they probably created the universe whilst leaving the finest details, like creating life and maintaining order, to the angels.
If I’m correct and I read this right Lucifer doesn’t answer to the angles, it was the angles who turn there backs in him when he was cast out by a high being His father/god hence why he got Charlie an audience with the courts
I feel like this also applies to heaven. I saw a lot of people questioning why the cherubs didn't seem to know what sex was when people like Adam are also in heaven. The lower classes of heaven are probably held to a higher level of morality, which is a common thing in high-control groups
Lucifer is like an older brother to other sins. He could kill them if he wanted to, but he prefers to make everything okay through games because it's better that way. At the end of the day they think they won and Luci is free headed! xD
I just wanna know how the sins benefit from getting more humans into hell considering they can’t leave the pride ring… like I can exploiting the earth for its resources and manipulating the humans but like why do you need sinners if you don’t rule the pride ring?
Considering that viv said that helluva is more about interpersonal relationships and Hazbin is more about big plot points, I have a hard time believing that the whole government knowing about them is going to be a huge thing in helluva. If anything I believe it’s just for comedic relief and nothing else, if it wasn’t than the legal aspect would have been brought up much more than it has (which is three times out of 17 episodes and only by Stolas btw).
I am curious if at some point Crimson might try to kidnap Barbiewire to get to Blitz but in some twist of fate teams up with Crimson because she hates Blitz and knows better way to hurt him
If sinners could go anywhere it would be a lot harder to spare Hellborn demons from the cullings. They could hide anywhere and the exorcists wouldn't have the patience for that. It's probably some magic that binds them there, but I think other strong enough magic could counter it. (I think it's likely Alastor escaped to another ring)
I have been wondering about the hell born . They do have the benefits of having freewill in hell where do they go if they die they never asked to be born in hell they had no choice but the sinners do .plus wonder if purgatory is a place we make see i. The future?
I feel like stoles might get in trouble for letting himself being seen by the dhork against and not killing they so they won't tell people about hell being real
A thing i don't understand tho is why are the sins tasked to tempt humans to get more people in hell when it's made clear in hh that there's an overabondance off siners . Seem's counterproductive
That doesn't really track. even a rich imp can afford a helicopter to travel from ring to ring like crimson sends for moxie and IMP. The royals can teleport if Stolas can, but if they couldn't, they wouldn't need public transit next to imps and natives.
I wonder if we will see Lucifer’s theme park in Hazbin hotel? Perhaps Lucifer could take Charlie there in an attempt to bond with her. It would be a nice nod to helluva boss with Stolas and Octavia’s visit to the nock off version
It’s also ironic or at least messed up that hell-born demons who were just born there and have less if not no reasons to be punished suffer more than the sinner demons who have earned their suffering (at least according to the higher up angels). In Helluva Boss we see a lot of the main cast and even secondary characters going through lots of trauma (both physically and mentally). In Hazbin Hotel, however the only character thus far that we really see having the same kind of emotional struggles is Angel Dust. (To some extent Husk too but he only is suffering now because he was too prideful (fittingly enough) as an Overlord and abused than lost his power when he went to Alastor and lost everything). The Overlords especially are characters who need to be punished the most but are suffering the least. Valentino being the ultimate example as he gets no retribution for his actions and enjoys all his power. Vox may have suffered some emotional trauma from being rejected by Alastor but that’s still not enough as he’s otherwise still in a good place mentally and has a big position of power. Carmela Carmine is the only overlord to really have further depth and actually care for her people especially her daughters.
i think sinners literally cannot go to the other rings. the og tweet says they can only exists in pride, not that they are only allowed in pride. i think if a sinner tried to go down to one of the other rings, it body would probably evaporate before even reaching wrath.
In Hazbin after Luci’s fall he used the seven concepts of sins (sloth, envy, lust, greed, gluttony, wrath, and pride) to separate Hell in seven sections stalked on top of each other he called rings each one representing one of the seven sins, after that he then used six of the sins (sloth, envy, lust, greed, gluttony, and wrath) to create six powerful demonic beings each embodying one of said sin with the purpose of ruling over the ring that represent their respective sin on Luci’s behalf while he use the concept of pride the root of all sin to empower himself to establish his rule over the other sins and all of Hell
I don't think Lucifer is enough powerful to create beings who are approaching to seraphim in power (in the case of Satan and Leviathan, they can surpass some of them). I think they were created by Roo as dark analogues of the seven virtues (seraphim), which were created by God.
@@brickdragon7131 She is confirmed and will be an antagonist. But Viv said nothing about what is she, so people are theorizing that Roo and evil from prologe of episode 1 is the same.
Maybe the more residents a ring has. The more power a rings leader has. Like how deals give demons power. Extermination day limits deals and takes away power from demons like alastor.

7 fascinating facts you should know about the seven deadly sins- 1. I love the fact that Lucifer is just a solid guy though and though. I was expecting him to be the main reason why I appreciate him as a person and as a character personality-wise. 2. Satan is one of those ominous demonic entities that seems a lot more terrifying and bloodthirsty to look at, but I have a feeling that this devilish figure is going to play a more meaningful position in the future episodes of this series. 3. I like Beelzebub’s design, she’s just a badass chick who is not afraid to speak her mind when necessary. 4. I hate Mammon because he’s one of the more disrespectful sins in hell, spoilers ahead: he is also one of the most ominous descriptions of a more perverse boss type the show has to acknowledge. 5. Asmodeus is one of, if not one of my favorite characters, he’s just that sexy dude, who makes me feel like I wanna write a love song about him. 6. Leviathan is one of those deadly sins that is a little too deceitful or manipulative to beat. But don’t try to underestimate him, he’s one of the most threatening villains in hell’s hierarchy charts. 7. This theory has not been confirmed yet, but I feel that Belphegor is considered the weakest sin due to her inferiority complex with Lucifer, she is also the only deadly sin that no one listens to or respects.
I wonder something. Why would they want MORE sinners? I mean, there’s not an incentive to spread sin on earth, is it? It seems like it would cost more to send people up and commit debauchery than to just let a few humans drop down on their own, since humanity’s already riddled with sin. Edit: also, Lucifer clearly doesn’t like sinners. I couldn’t imagine any of the sins do, either, since they’re taking tons of resources from other rings that are probably being imported up, and not sending much back down. It might just be for money, though.
If we're still operating under the impression that no one really knows what gets a person sent to hell, chances are they probably believe that if they continue to spread certain sins on to humans then they have a higher chance of them going to hell than heaven. Ideally, they may want to get certain things from a sinner if they believe that they can help elevate Hell in their own ways if that sinner is strong enough. While hell seems to create their own things, I'm sure they would want to have certain-continued inspirations from humans if it benefited them; if nothing else, they probably don't want heaven to have it.
Unless Luci has a secret big form, I do not believe he is able to beat the other Sins. We see Asmodeus, Bea and Mammon with epic forms and Luci and Charlie's forms seem so. . .lackluster against it. If that's actually strong enough to beat them ill be very upset. Sure, maybe they can't kill Luci, but not be able to beat him in that form?

Maybe the courtroom episode will talk a lot about contracts? The devil is known for making deals and maybe the laws in hell have to do with enforcing contracts / deals because it's something Lucifer respects as a deal maker
Yall are spitting content out so fast and it’s all so high quality🙏🙏🙏 thank you
The one thing that bothers me for Blitz business. Was that if he kills a target or someone not, would that also mean a ticket to heaven if they do not go to hell. And even Stolas and Blitz fault for causing a future war between Humans, Angels and Demons (HAD for Short). All because they could not keep hell a secret but now exposed.
Heck I would set laws and then consequences to make a point and to keep the balance alive.
@@Lycan_of_1941 That could be what the upcoming trial is about.
I am the mastermind, and HERE, I am... the law 🗣🗣🗣
“A lot of hells in law”😂 9:02
You know if it's physically possible there are absolutely sinners who sneak down to the other rings.
@PauloSM-wx1ty It would all depend on the discretion of the bus driver and how easily bribed they are xD
@PauloSM-wx1ty That could work too. xD
@PauloSM-wx1ty Or consider the sinner's form ended up being so similar to a hellborn (like a hellhound maybe) that they've just never been questioned. So they can ride to other rings whenever they want
@PauloSM-wx1ty That is interesting. Maybe they'll mention in the series whether the sinners are restricted to Pride via magic or not.
6:40 it’s not just fancy it’s Angelic. clearly it is lucifers but the design similarities to the Embassy are clear
Good point!
The Hellavator could be exceedingly elegant because it was somebody's "ego project", much like Penn Central, Grand Central, etc. - which were built as veritable cathedrals vs merely functional.
well now we know
Even if the laws are only meant to benefit the elite in hell, it doesn't sound like they have preventative laws in the case of Blitz's business and Stella's actions against Stolas.
I saw that too and was planning a video about that!
Love your vids

I subscribe to the belief it's Satan since he's next in line to be ruler of Hell behind Lucifer and given his whole power theme, people listen to him.
I feel like this also applies to heaven. I saw a lot of people questioning why the cherubs didn't seem to know what sex was when people like Adam are also in heaven. The lower classes of heaven are probably held to a higher level of morality, which is a common thing in high-control groups
He was made to crawl but wasn't thrown out at first,Don't forget Lucifer lead an entire rebellion AGAINST heaven itself and was punished
Lucifer is like an older brother to other sins. He could kill them if he wanted to, but he prefers to make everything okay through games because it's better that way. At the end of the day they think they won and Luci is free headed! xD
I would love for you to make a video that explains the consequences of the people from the living world invading hell
Interesting the laws and systems are not what I expected but I thought Satan ran order for the other 6 rings so Lucifer can focus on his ducks 🦆😇😈
Either Lucifer or Satan
If the sins aren't angels I'd say they are probably the souls who forst went to hell for the sin they rule.
Wonder what Demon/Angel Lawyers would do if they had power in the courts of heaven in hell?
I just wanna know how the sins benefit from getting more humans into hell considering they can’t leave the pride ring… like I can exploiting the earth for its resources and manipulating the humans but like why do you need sinners if you don’t rule the pride ring?
especially if so many of them die anyway
How else? They use liaisons to act on their behalf.
I wonder if Blitz will change these laws later on in the series where it will benefit everyone.
Maybe lucifer created the hellevator system tbh I can't think of anyone eles who would
Wait the seven sins are siblings right ?
So the oldest came up with the rules
The hellevator is almost an exact copy of nyc’s penn station. I love that.
This is a fun detail
I am curious if at some point Crimson might try to kidnap Barbiewire to get to Blitz but in some twist of fate teams up with Crimson because she hates Blitz and knows better way to hurt him
Art imitates life
If sinners could go anywhere it would be a lot harder to spare Hellborn demons from the cullings. They could hide anywhere and the exorcists wouldn't have the patience for that.
It's probably some magic that binds them there, but I think other strong enough magic could counter it. (I think it's likely Alastor escaped to another ring)
Came back here after Mastermind. The answer is Lucifer for Hell, Lilith for the Sinners, and Satan for the Hellborn.
Hell vs earth who would win
Maybe the elevators are so fancy because some of the the elites need to use them also.
They probably don't all have teleporting possibilities.
This is a good vid for learning how to understand politics
I like to think hell is like a semi neo feudal system.
i think sinners literally cannot go to the other rings. the og tweet says they can only exists in pride, not that they are only allowed in pride. i think if a sinner tried to go down to one of the other rings, it body would probably evaporate before even reaching wrath.

Could you make a theory video on the show the hollow because there was only one video about it back when the female was in charge of cartoon universe
7 fascinating facts you should know about the seven deadly sins-
W vid
I wonder something. Why would they want MORE sinners? I mean, there’s not an incentive to spread sin on earth, is it? It seems like it would cost more to send people up and commit debauchery than to just let a few humans drop down on their own, since humanity’s already riddled with sin.
Edit: also, Lucifer clearly doesn’t like sinners. I couldn’t imagine any of the sins do, either, since they’re taking tons of resources from other rings that are probably being imported up, and not sending much back down. It might just be for money, though.
Considering what succubi do on earth I have a theory that women with big hips and breasts and also tall and attractive men are descendants from them.
@@josem588 Magical human disguises could allow genetic compatibility.
I love you r videos 😊❤🥰
Hell is a feudal hell hole
Wait he’ll has laws??.?.?.?
Unless Luci has a secret big form, I do not believe he is able to beat the other Sins. We see Asmodeus, Bea and Mammon with epic forms and Luci and Charlie's forms seem so. . .lackluster against it. If that's actually strong enough to beat them ill be very upset. Sure, maybe they can't kill Luci, but not be able to beat him in that form?
