For me, the flashback made me understand Silco’s plan for zaun more. Felicia told them to figure out the Zaun thing, vander kind of gave up on that dream while silco kept it alive, i understand why he was so offended by vander now because they made a promise to Felicia that they’d see it through. In his eyes vander gave it up and he was doing what Felicia would’ve wanted. also enrelated but I’m really worried that jinx might be..offed..in the last act. Like they fixed her image this act for the watchers who might believe that Jinx needs to pay for her crime so it’ll be heartbreaking that Jinx being stable for once will be her downfall. Or she goes insane after losing Isha…
It still affects me, i feel choked up even now, why do i torture myself by watching others watch this, twice it hit me so bad with anxiety it affected me badly
21:00 oh yeah, Viktor died here it's obvious but It's also obvious that his character "arc" doesn't end there. In fact there are many things that we have not been told. It is not known why Jayce did that, where he was and the whereabouts of Heimerdinger and Ekko. Obviously there will be more of the hexcore and Viktor will still be present, not in the same way, but there will be something there
Victor may not be dead. The hexcore may still be functioning within him and may yet again repair him. But I don't think his head space will be so clear this time nor so positive minded
I honestly think Jayce is doing the right thing. Viktor is messed up, those people are (arguably) not even alive. He has been seing the people all very differently (we see this straight away with Salo for a few frames) and its probably the actual Arcane/hivemind in them. it is hard to catch but, we can see it was Singed that actually messed up warwick/vander. He never left the tent, but the others did, we can also see him standing in the chaos at the tent at 12:48 after Vander has left
Victor using the WILD RUNES like ekko said in episode 3... It leaves finger print you can see all people victor heal have finger print in there forehead including vander warwick
it's ok... this is what a good drama should feel like. something that you can get emotional about. that was a good reaction. i probably cried a bit more... i saw that isha ending about 100 times, at the first 10 times i cried every time...btw... jinx voice actor cried at episode 9... so god help us all on saturday

While losing Isha and Vander in one shot (pardon the pun) is tragic in itself….it is also a much darker, and poetic moment at the same time. Vander was fully aware of what was going on when Warwick was on the rampage….but like a passenger in a car, he was completely unable to control it when it was happening. Imagine being in that situation where you see the carnage “you” are causing, and being 100% helpless to stop it. So when Isha pulled the trigger….she was doing Vander a kindness. The other thing I am wondering now is if Ambessa....despite her "advice" on "professional entanglements", didn't actually put Maddie up to going after Cait. Because I honestly can't see Cait making ANY moves on Maddie otherwise. So Ambessa seems to have used Maddie to "fill the vacuum" she told Vi that she used to control Cait.
I desperately relate to your not wanting to watch act 3 now. Because we all knew why Isha was introduced in the first place and why they made her so lovable: she was made to remind Jinx of her own humanity and give her something to ground herself, just so they could justify Jinx ultimately becoming what we all knew she was meant to be (even I know, and I've never touched the game). Act 2 dangled hope in front of our faces until the final scene, and we all know what that means for act 3, right? I'm with you, part of me wants to allow for the possibility that Jinx manages to avoid her Vader fate, and watching act 3 will erase that possibility.
I believe I got a good idea what the Mel storyline is but it could potentially be a huge spoiler for you... All I'll say is I don't believe Mel's story ends in Arcane and whatever they do in the future with their new shows she will appear again. I'm almost certain of this from knowing a little of the lore. Also, I wouldn't worry too much about the final act I get a feeling they got most the sad shit out in act 2 and it'll end up being a "happy" ending. They can't just kill everyone off right? RIGHT? If this is really the death of Isha it is truly tragic. She was a really good character and ended up becoming my second favorite character in this series in just 4 episodes.

This is kind of a statement by Riot. It was always in suspension what they were doing with the character vs champion paradox, whether if champions in game are immune to death in Arcane due to well, lore consistency. Now it seems like the conservative approach is too literarily restrictive that plots become too predictable. So they started killing everyone. It makes sense since it buys a lot more space for narrative liberty in the future but also kind of confines champions in League to a Fate-esque spirit summoning system, aka everyone who can be summoned as a champion to battle on summoner’s rift, Is dead, or has been dead at some point in time. It’s the only viable system when you think about it, imagine you were just going about your day being a functional member of society and one second and a white flash later you’re in an endless death-loop battle royal fighting to defend some giant crystal. Idk about you guys but in modern days they call that slavery. But oh boy, no one has GA anymore which is our cue to never get too attached to another Arcane character.
Arcane's lore started as a non canon lore, but eventually Riot decided to merge Arcane and Universe (League's lore). So everything you see in Arcane is actually canon and is the new backstory for the characters.
