    멸치 젓을 우려서 사용하지 않을시에는 멸치액젓을 조금더 넣어야 할까요??

      3컵 정도일 겁니다.
      그런데 배추 절임 상태에 따라 달라지기도 합니다.
      일단 싱겁게 하고, 최종간에서 새우젓으로 간하면 완벽하겠네요♡

    근데 한가지 속 넣기전에
    배추 반으로 자르실때
    손이 작아서 배추 잡기 힘든 사람은 자르고 웬 만한 손사이즈는 속 넣고 자르는것이 일이 빨리 끝나요. 수고하셨어요 ~

    그런데 명태머리 생새우 멸치젓 빼고 해도 괜찮을까요? 그리고 배추받은 당일에 해도 괜찮을까요?대부분 받은당일 박스를 거꾸로 해놓고 다음날 하면된다고해서

      명태머리가 없다면 다시마 육수를 더 진하게 추가해서 넣구요.
      새우젓은 그대로 넣되,
      멀치액젓을 3컵정도 넣어 보셔요,
      또 배추 절임,짜기 에 따라서 달라지기도 하기 때문에 싱겁게 만들어서 마지막 최종간에서 새우젓으로 간을 맞추시면 될겁니다. ㅎ

    그동안 멸치진젓 양을 너무 적게 넣었었나봐요.
    혼자 담기 올해로 3년차에요.
    이상하게 맛있다는거 다 넣어봐도 엄마김치의 감칠맛이 안나서 속상했어요.ㅜ
    올해는 멸치진젓을 배로 넣어봐야겠네요. 근데 청각은 안넣고 담으시나요?

    배추와 양념을 같이 주문하면
    혹 80kg 에 양념주문 475천원 경상도식으로 하면 뭐을 더 추가하면 될까요
    작년에도 주문해 청량고추가루 청갓 쪽파 등 더 추가했음 뭐 먹을만은 했는데...
