    Good afternoon sir
    Thanks for this very useful vedio I really liked and subscribed it 👍, all points are v.good and valid, i think being an active listener is very very important ,by using this tips i was made my customer happy, as most of the time we are reacting before listening to other but maximum official , personal matters get solved if we listen to other carefully and act after understand their thoughts, situations and reasons . Some time found the answers, solutions and way of their satisfaction ,itself in their points/ statement .

    Hi,Thanks for sharing valuable tips,i like -2)Actively participating in event is most important to standout in crowd.i was new in company,so I hardly met anyone in company.I participated in one of fest in company where I get chance to met all top managements, cross departments colleagues.. Now all are my good colleagues and friends.

    Hello Sir from your previous videos I learnt how to respond 1 2 3 rule I follow in all my meetings :) no budd budd anymore..lol I am becoming better .
    You are very correct relevant questions can only be raised when we have done sufficient research and analysis about the subject or topic.
