I’m Going to Culinary School and work at The Magnolia Pancake Haus where every food item is made in house except the beef. The syrup , pancake mix and pancake batter as well as butter is made in house. I’m inspired to make this and jellies now at home since this is my go to snack everyday . I’m also learning to make my own breads and make my own pasta from scratch . :)

I just made it using these instructions . The whole process included roasting thd pesnuts. It took about 15 minutes altogether. The result is wow! Thank you ! Don't give up if you try . it takes longer than expected, mixing it every once in a while, but eventually, it becomes creamy and hot ! once I moved it in a jar it settled all shinny on the top . 😊

I tried this and mine turned into a thick goopy mess. It would not change consistency after that stage and my food processor smelled hot so I was afraid to leave it running. Bummer. It looks so easy online but not for me, apparentely. I used Walmart Great Value roasted peanuts. Maybe it's because they say "bioengineered ingredients" on the back that they wouldn't form the right creamy consistency. Not only that but they turned a dark burnt orange color instead of the light tan peanut butter color. I wish these corporations would stop jacking with nature.

😭😭😭 and have peanuts but I can have soy beans! So I’m gonna try to do the same thing with soy beans because there’s a peanut butter out there called wow butter it taste almost identical to peanut butter, but it contains no peanuts. But it’s like five dollars a small jar so I thought maybe I could make my own! Also, in case people didn’t know, soy beans are a great source of estrogen! So if you’re low estrogen or your menopausal, that’s the way to go👍
❤ for this video, very, very helpful🫶

Subtitute cooking cooking oil with butter. The aroma of butter will enhance the taste of the peanut.
