Chef's smile makes me feel warm and fuzzy, she feels so caring :)
Poor Francis looks so hungry for the daikon mochi because they look and probably smell so delicious! I love your cooking show. You and Francis are adorable!!
I love that chef makes a lot of her dishes in smaller quantities than other recipes.
Ugh. I'm so hungry. Thanks for another lovely recipe, Chef & Francis! :)
Love you Emmy 🌸❤️
+emmymadeinjapan Thank you, Emmy-san! I love your new channel icon! (*^^*)
+Cooking with Dog So, Mochi can be savory and sweet?

Omg emmyyyy
I just made this recipe for dinner. I altered it, because I'm allergic to rice -- I used whole wheat flour instead of rice flour. I also added minced cabbage, because I love cabbage and include it in almost everything I cook. It essentially came out like Asian inspired hushpuppies. :D Next time I make it I plan on making spicy gravy to pour on top. Thanks, Chef and Francis!
I made these yesterday and they were amazing! I am so glad I doubled the recipe!
Thank you so much for sharing these ingenious recipes, so generous of you !
from UK
Such an excellent series of recipes, and the commentary is absolutely charming too! Thank you so much...
The dog watching her and in the video is adorable, thanks for the translation! I'm in!
I love how this dish is Chinese inspired and has a Japanese take on it. The original version of course takes a lot more time to make and is what I am used to eating. However, I bet that the Japanese style of the Radish Cake is delicious as well :D I cannot wait to try it ^-^
+TomoyaKun100 Glad to hear that! Hope you enjoy the daikon mochi! (*^^*)
Do you guys have an Instagram? I don't post videos right now... I would like to tag you guys in it if you have one. But if not, I will post it on Facebook.
***** omg I have seen videos on how to make them and it can take hours x-x

For small quantities this is faster but for large quantities it probably evens out.
Aaa...what a sweet chef, and a nice, fun voice telling us what to do. Lovely! The poodle is wonderful too. Thank you.
Everything the chef cooks looks delicious!
I can imagine Chef-san making all these delicious food for her children and grandchildren during New Year! *drools*
Cooking with dog show is delightful. I see they used shrimp for these cakes which probably tastes even better. The dog is adorable. I thought she was going to feed a bit of the cake to the dog.
Looks so easy and creative! Thanks chef!

I'm a fan of Chinese turnip cake and I think this is a fantastic version of it. The mochi must add a nice chewiness to it!

Oddiooo!!! Hanno messo i sottotitoli! Che bello!! ❤

on my country there"s a snack that use turnip cake, spring roll, yam cake, & siew may that are cut into bite sized pieces & served with sauce, you can choose between sweet & sour sauce, spicy sauce & soy sauce (you can use all of the sauce too) & it's garnished with fried onions & sesame seeds!! so good!
Another great recipe , thank you so much :)
I didn't realize it was that easy. I have to try this delicious recipe.
The Chinese turnip cake is one of my favorite dimsums - should try this one soon!

Good. Thanks for the written reciepy.
looks yummy!
i love this !! so much easier than the chinese version !!
Oh my god. This looks fantastic. And thank you for being so wonderfully professional looking in your video. The last several I watched were just horrendous.
Chinese restaurants where I live make these with minced pork as well as shrimp, so that definitely works!
Also, whoever is doing the English translation is doing a really good job - Francis' grammar is perfect, even with his accent. :V
A babeh's tush feels like the softest pillow in da world. Dun judge me.
ooohh I need to make this recipe omg.
If I could find Daikon in my area, I would love to make this recipe! But watching Chef form and fry those patties, I got the notion to make Mackerel patties today for supper. ;-)

I tried it out, but changed it a little bit to make it vegan. It was quite good! and so easy to make :)

thaaannnk youuuu☺
i am going to make this look so nice.
Finalmente c'è la traduzione!!!!!
I don't understand how anyone could give any of her videos a thumbs down lol
This is a good invention! I love the radish cake, but it's a big job to make, and you get a lot. Then we're just going to cut it up and fry it anyway, it makes so much sense to just make it in patties and fry it directly. Why didn't I think of that?
Chinese Pancakes!! 😍
I love eating turnip cake when I go eat dim sum!
Hmmmm... this looks delicious... Will try this recipe
