Really good review. I've ordered mine yesterday, can't wait for it to arrive. On the new updated version you can turn the 3d printed v-bracket sideways for compact storage in your backpack. $90 now, but still looks like a great deal. I made my own in a machine shop, but it is gonna be better suited for a permanent stand being as it is bigger and heavier than this one.
Hey guys, just wondering how you attached the versa button to the arm? Did his older model come with it and now he went solely with the OCB strap? I really like how easy the versa button is compared to the ocb strap.
This an awesome overview of the arm. Was very close to ordering the LWCG arm but almost $300 after shipping and everything I just couldn’t do it. One question, I see you have a canon vixia type camera on the arm, how does it perform with a heavier camera like the Sony a6300 still a smaller mirrorless type camera but heavier than the camcorder.
Performs just as well with our mirrorless Sony too, we love the pocket versatility of it being small and still being able to produce quality footage from either the cam corder or mirrorless. The cam over is obviously key to keeping any of the cameras extremely stable, but we definitely think it does well with the heavier ones too.
It folds very flat. Flatter than most other camera arms on the market. It doesn’t fold quite as flat as the lone wolf pocket arm because of the 3D printed V bracket but, it is a quarter of the price, has less bounce than other light camera arms, and is lighter than pretty much all the competitors.

Yep other camera arms are way over priced. This one is a good value👍🏼
You sold me! Placing my order now.
Can’t beat it for the money!
Great review!!!

Looks like a good product.
It is! Been running and gunning with it all season and it is great!

@@theunsuccessfulhunters4198 thank you!
How does it carry/portability in the pack ? Looks like if it would fold all the way it might be better.

How did the arm perform during the season?
It worked great when mobile hunting but I used my heavier muddy camera arm when hunting permanent stands
Nice!!
What fluid head y’all running on yours???
I use the fluid head off my old muddy hunt hard camera arm.
💪🏼💪🏼
