Cj you have that space in the axle because you didn’t seat the bearings correctly. I remember seeing you had issues with the right seal pushing out. That means you drove the left bearing in too far. Hope this helps. Get that motion pro bearing installer makes life easier. Hope you see this.
A couple of other tips, when reinstalling forks, bounce the front with all the bolts barely tightened to make sure everything moves and settles into alignment. Then tighten everything down. When reinstalling brakes and pads, only finger tighten the caliper bolts. Then pump the brake until it’s firm, keep it tight with a zip tie while you torque down the caliper bolts. That makes sure everything stays aligned to the rotor and doesn’t shift.
Pro tip, use some calipers to read the proper fork height, but also, use the axle to properly align the height just in case there’s a slight discrepancy.
Why don't you attach the tension straps to the ceiling? Make 2 holes and install eyebolts there, so you can attach the tension straps to the eyebolts and don't have cardboard boxes and ladders in the way🇨🇭🇨🇭✌🏼✌🏼
Fantastic, excellent work, no work, no words. As soon as possible, do one of these jobs on a KTM Super Duke 1290, it would be fantastic to see my bike on the channel.
I would definitely get that ECU tuned. Especially with the yoshi intake. 2WDW has tuned tons of R7s with almost every exhaust/intake combos and you can just ship the ECU to them.
You wonder why the front axle won’t line up flush with the fork. Try this: don’t tighten the axle clamp bolts. Just tighten the axle and bounce the front a few times forcefully with the brake held and then tighten the clamp bolts. This gives the forks a chance to settle. Might not work this time but that is the way you should install a front axle.
In my experience with the NRC tail tidys they usually have 2 positions to mount the plates. Tucked and "legal" haha. Check that before you go bending anything.
of course! I just threw in the old one so that fluid wouldn't go anywhere when i just started it up for a little bit! I've got a new one to throw in once the exhaust arrives!
my garage is slanted so the rear stand somewhat evens out of the rear stand tilt, its close that's why I put more fluid in than half because when I release the rear stand the fluid will even out to about half way on the sight glass.
The axle should definitely not be recessed like that. Are the spacers in correctly? Is the bearing spacer installed? Are the bearings flush on each side of the wheel? Is the axle proud (sticking out) on the other side of the wheel? Did you install the wheel in the correct sequence? (Spacers in, axle in, calipers on, axle torqued, calipers torqued, pinch bolt torqued, calipers seated) Looking back at the video, it seems like you put the calipers on, but before torqueing the axle down you spun the wheel and squeezed the brakes. This may have caused only one brake pad to mis-seat and push against the disc from only one side, pushing the fork away from the wheel. Check to make sure the pads are all the same distance out of the calipers.
Why are you checking the oil level while the bike is on a rear paddock stand? Front wheel/rim is "offset" because you didn't seat the bearing properly. These are extremely basic things...

He needs to take the bearings out anyway to pack them with grease, which he didn't do
24:16 finally my dude spoke about MV brutale 🎉

If you could have the bike Dyno tuned for the new filter and exhaust setup. It will make the world of difference.
No, no, it won't 😂
@@moton8tion866 I have a MT 07 and have the Dyno sheet to prove other wise.
@@WestOzMT
Cool. And your point is.......
Or at least an ECU flash.

22:05 it seems you have bent the radiator bracket while installing it
Love from India
I don’t ever trust those chain tension marks on the swing arm, I just measure from wheel spindle to swing arm pivot.
i hear italy 🌚i can´t wait for the video
beware of tools lying nearby batteries might contact the terminal and shorted to chassis.
I think yu should check yur piston or your valve,, because i heard the ticking sound 22:58 23:02
Recheck your front wheel bearings brother. Looks like you pressed one in too far that's why the wheel has that gap.
Those cardboard boxes were scaring me.
22:06 bro!!! you just bented your radiator mount😱😱😱
Old radiator 😁
Next project Yamaha r3 ❤❤😂
Thanks for the content!! Please fasten that radiator hose lol
of course! I just threw in the old one so that fluid wouldn't go anywhere when i just started it up for a little bit! I've got a new one to throw in once the exhaust arrives!

What's the status of mv brutale
Mate, whats the MV doing???
Those steering stem bearings look a bit tight to me 🤔
❤❤
CARDBOARD BOXES ,,REALLY LOL
I would not bend it down, any hardware store would carry a "L" bracket in which you can bend to work on this elimination kit
You bent the radiator clamp
What happens MV agusta brutale 1000 project?
Bro, where the beast mv agusta brutale
👍
shouldn't you check the oil level without the rear stand? the tilt could throw off the level reading
my garage is slanted so the rear stand somewhat evens out of the rear stand tilt, its close that's why I put more fluid in than half because when I release the rear stand the fluid will even out to about half way on the sight glass.

How much is retail for a Yamaha r7?
wait how did those cardboard boxes hold the whole bike?
Why don't you keep fixing Agusta?
Pleeeeease paint the cooling pipes! The white stuff will only get worse, and it makes me insane!
✌️✌️
I think you got the rim bearing wrong, so the rim shaft goes too far inside. ,maybe
😊 wieso? ;-)
Ich habe das Video zu Ende geschaut. Sehr gute Entscheidung 👍:-)
Not a pro but while you were compressing the front forks they seems to compress unevenly
og
Broh try Suzuki bike maybe gsx 8r
Where is mv??cj
A car project where is it not once for a while
🏍👏👍💪🤩
Why are you checking the oil level while the bike is on a rear paddock stand?
Front wheel/rim is "offset" because you didn't seat the bearing properly.
These are extremely basic things...
