This is a 1970s Otis elevator that has been modernized by 1990s OTIS and buttons and indicator replaced by Shanghai STEP. This elevator also has an American OTIS Chime that sounds like an OTIS Series 1.

1. Due to renovation including the GSIS, thats going to do 17 years before
2. Its closing in july and opening next year maybe.
