  • LOL... not really
Drove over to Windrock Bike Park after a day at Jarrods place to meet up with Steezy P and ride the rock. Super huge shoutout to Aaron Gwin and the trail crew for making such a sick park and all of the improvements in such a short amount of time. The new store/park check in is so nice, plus there's a proper repair crew there if something where to happen to the bike. I elected to just ride my other bike because I'm poor. Anyway, rollin coal is hard with no chain if you stop. Getting clipped back in is very difficult in the steeps. The Yeti did just fine though. Would've rather had the supreme for the Tennessee National track but the Yeti was better for windmill for sure. Especially at the top. Always a fun day here!

Ha, small world. I’m in the video towards the beginning. I followed Pete down rolling coal.
Nice video. As always, GoPro fails to show to true nature of the gnar! Some of those trails can’t be walked down.

Dude you where hauling down rolling coal. I wish we would have rode it again when I had the other bike. Every time we would stop I couldn’t get clipped back in and got dropped. That trail where you cut off was stupid lol

Is that the Yeti sb 140? Some of these lines were STEEP especially around 7:00 where you had to turn and it was tuff. Sick vid as usual

I have an SB160. The SB140 has the upper shock mount on the top tube. And ohhh yea. Windrock has the steeps for sure. Gets a little hairy out there but ya just gotta commit. Some of them you literally can’t walk down even if you wanted to 😂

How do you think a 140/150 travel bike would do at Windrock

It would be fine. Definitely wouldn’t want to go as fast but you could 100% ride it there. My buddy in the video rode a stumpy evo and it handled it okay.
