In an era where being your own boss is glorified, I want to show you a little bit of the reality. It's directionless, confusing, a bit scary and definitely not what you think it is. But in the midst of it, I couldn't help but wonder...what a privilege it is to search for purpose, passion and aim for self-actualization? I'm blessed.

Social media has been making me feel the same..feeling behind cause you see others doing so much better and it seems effortless
I love seeing the ups and downs which is the reality of it. This is actually a normal reaction (the doubt, the questions... it's healthy). Having been through something similar I can guarantee you the clarity comes later down the line as your definition of 'normal day to day' changes. Also doing nervous system regulation somatic exercises helped me slow down, be more present and grounded/safe in my body without (or at least with less) fear of missing some imagined future. I completely understand the feeling of having too much free time and not knowing how to fill it. It’s perfectly okay to experience that; you’ve earned this freedom in life! Just remember, it’s all about living in the moment without guilt.

I am a full time content creator too from India and sometimes our free time makes us feel like shit and free means we are not doing enough but only time will make you start feeling better about you and your job . Trust me ! Your doing very good and hope to see you sometime in Dubai

Its truly commendable that you put out this video showing how clueless you are after taking the decision your gut said was the right thing to do. We've never seen this side of such a huge decision and it always seemed that the ones quitting jobs for their passion have everything sorted in their head. It always felt that their goals are laid out, they know what to do etc. It was indeed a refreshing piece to watch. I am sure you will figure it out, However I must say set a routine. As humans we work the best when we have a set routine. All the best Twinkle.

HAH ha! Welcome to the entrepreneurship/self-employed life! 10 years in and I still feel those feelings in different seasons of growth! ;)
Brilliant editing and storytelling. Love the netflix intro, commentary and cut-aways. As someone who is on a similar journey (but on a super small scale and not making any income from this, lol) - sharing some thoughts from my own experience.
1. You have earned this rest - resting is also productive because it allows you to recover and bring your best
2. Regret of not doing this will always be > regret of doing this - you are already on the right path!
3. You can make your personal interests goal-based too! For e.g., reading xx books in a year - I may have spent an entire week just reading but I still feel accomplished because I got through said number of books!
4. We are all so stuck on the pinwheel of capitalism and productivity, we end up being conditioned to being players in a rat race that we have limited to no control over. Which is why doing something radically different, makes you question it all the time. Trust me, as someone who was part of the corporate world for ~10 years, I know this feeling very well.
I could go on but will stop here :) sending you (and everyone else feeling similarly) all my encouragement and the best wishes, you’ve all got this!
