This is the only interview that I've watched here (yes seen all of them) that I can say this guy knows the market and is a professional trader. Most of the people even the "pros" interviewed are just traders....this guy is the elite pro.
Kunal is a real deal. Pay attention. The best interview on this channel so far.

11:45 - 12:45 market changes eg how patterns can morph
14:05 - 16:10 Every pattern must be matched with a market cycle & how a pattern might perform different in different cycles eg in bear market good news is bad news

20:44 - 21:15 eg change from bear to accumulation market
24:40 how to get a feel for market to potentially understand market cycle / how to have pulse on market

The problem is identifying which market cycle you’re in and knowing when it changes
Study market cycles, basic price action or wyckoff might help
Depends what market your in, however, in futures, this is what I've found. 2:30pm market open and moves a direction for around 30 minutes. Within 30 minutes, it usually either reverses or continues, however, it's consistently happening 30 minutes after market open, after which it will continue on that trajectory for a few hours/possible the rest of the day. By this, I would suggest either sitting and watching for 30 minutes before going in and just wait. I've found, it's so easy to make money trading if you're patient. You wait and it will literally just allow you to jump into a trade. take 10% and dont get greedy.
I usually feel more comfortable with 15min charts, but I'm not seeing as many setups for my style now. It seems like I have to go down to 5min or 2min.

Let the subject finish speaking before you bust in with your questions, take a mental note and ask him after he’s spoken, he’s not going anywhere, don’t flatten their moment and take the wind out of their sails when they are in a natural swing. He was in the middle of saying something I was extremely interested in hearing and you interrupted, completely arrested his momentum, and he never returned to the idea he was explaining.
Your questions will always be there and can happen anytime, that stream of consciousness you deflated is now completely gone.
“I don’t mean to interrupt because you’re on a roll...” ... then don’t. People tuned in to listen to the subject, not the interviewer.
