I had problem comprehending trading in general. I tried watching other YT trading channels, but they made the concepts more complicated. I was almost giving up until when I discovered your channel. I love the way you break down the content and explain everything in detail. The videos are easy to follow❤

I've been making a lot of losses trying to make profit trading. I thought trading on a demo account is just like trading the real market. Can anyone help me out or at least advise me on what to do?

    • @douglasolivia6556

Trading on a demo account can definitely feel similar to the real market, but there are some differences. It's important to remember that trading involves risks and it's normal to face losses sometimes. One piece of advice is to start small and gradually increase your investments as you gain more experience and confidence. It might also be helpful to seek guidance from experienced traders or do some research on different trading strategies.

As a newbie about to invest, you must have these four things in mind
    1. Have a long term mindset.
    2. Be willing to take risk.
    3. Be careful on money usage, if you're not spending to earn back, then stop spending.
    4. Never claim to know - Ask questions and it's best you work with a financial advise like Rolando Diaz..

I have a serious issue with your number 3. money and careful, once you cross over to professional you never think about money again, money is a crutch and has nothing to do with trading at all. Zero, zilch nada, I don't even have my p&l on my screen I rarely know what I made that day, sometimes I go through my completed trades to see exits and entries to better hone my strategies and or entries, but p&l is a terrible thing to focus on.

I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Charlotte Miller.

Life hack - to be consistent in trading, then pick something not trading related and see how consistent you are on that task or item in your daily activity. Omg 🤯 the amount of nuggets and knowledge in this video is crazy. I remember the last Dom video I saw where he references discipline and how gettin in shape and just sticking to a consistent pattern of going to the gym can have a huge impact on your trading and your overall Life. I had to stop and rewind a lot in this video (and that other video) just because he spits his thoughts so quickly. But I don’t mind at all, it’s refreshing to see that other people (even experienced traders) have those moments of failure and struggle that cause them to go back to the drawing board and retool their approach and just get better. And that this process never really stops. 25:35 was real talk also 👏

Once upon a time, I was an eager investor. With high hopes and dreams, I diligently built my investment portfolio over the years. But as the tides of the market turned against me, my once-promising investments began to crumble. Stock prices plummeted, bonds defaulted, and my hopes faded away. With each passing day, my portfolio dwindled, mirroring the sinking feeling in my heart. I watched helplessly as my hard-earned savings vanished, leaving behind a lingering sadness and a stark reminder of the unpredictability of the financial world. I'm here again because I want to get back on track.I need ideas to get on on a recovery process.

Losses can provide valuable lessons and insights into the intricacies of the financial market. They can highlight areas where improvements can be made in investment strategies, risk management, or research. By reflecting on the losses and learning from mistakes, one can enhance their knowledge and skills, which can contribute to future success. I don;t have much to give but my thoughts are with you.

You can get back on track by following this simple process: Take stock of your financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment timeline. Understand your investment losses and the factors that contributed to the decline. This self-assessment will help you communicate your needs effectively to a financial advisor. Remember to seek the help of a professional financial planner(CPF) as you start over, which is what you should've done from the get go.

Now copying other traders for over 3 years, I would like to tell you, YES copy trading is a good approach. Just keep in mind that the success of copying another trader lies in their transparency. Make sure you know who you are dealing with before copying them. My two cents.

That’s why I make it a point to speak with a financial advisor before choosing any investments. I’ve been using one since the pandemic, using profits oriented tactics and minimizing risks as a buffer against inevitable downtrends. In addition they have access to insider knowledge and analysis, making failure virtually impossible for them. I’ve made about millions working with my advisor for over three years now.

the problem that I have with day trading is that if spend most of my time protecting myself from big lossess and minimizing risks on the other side I am not profitable and miss out on opportunities. that's wht I switched my focus on investing

Dude. This is the best interview you've done so far...for me. This weekend I took time off from my mental routine of meditation, fitness, yoga, and other voodoo. It bit me so hard in the ass today. Thanks for the reminder.

Stop teaching traders to think about money, it's simply not important, you trade the chart, the price, the action and your strategy, and that's it, once your done with the day you anaalyze your entries, exits, executions and that's that. Having a 300$ stop on the day will doom 95% of traders, it doesn't work, it takes the focus off o entry/exit/execution of strategy and proving up / changing strategies, money has NOTHING to do with trading, it's a huge distraction.
