      Priced down to $34M now. Seems like a "good buy" in this space 😀
      Ceilings are on the low side for something so exclusive, that's thow they got a high floor count I guess. Builders often mess with floor counts anyway. Wiki has this as a 75-storey. So we're at...73 really?

      Together with Steinway Tower next door which has a number of floor that are higher up. Central Park Tower and 432 Park are a good bit taller still, but more offset to Central Park itself. One gives more Hudson views, the other more East River and such, perhaps actually more divers that way. I struggle to think of a better view in the world. Burj Khalifa has some fountains, okay...but due to the desert location, very, VERY hazy in a yellow brown kind of way.

      I bet that if they ceilings were higher by 50 cm (1.6 ft), it would have been sold by now. It's always a balance of number of units and how nice you can make them. A lot of unit on Billionaire Row are vacant, whether owned by speculative investors or the developers still.

    It appears I may be the only person on here with this opinion but with a Penthouse this beautiful... with only 13 pictures available online, I would have preferred a much more detailed tour of the space with a little more attention to detail rather than fawning over each other...and I get the ooos and aahhs.. but you should have already got that out the way before filming. I'm not familiar with your online presence as clearly everyone else here is... but this video left me still wondering what this space really looks like. Perhaps Enes will do a tour with Mikey soon...

    This is very low price point for this kind of property, at this height. I wished it were staged better, but still cool to see this unit finally come on the market. What's interesting is there have been so many more spectacular super skinny towers that have raised up as a result of One57, that this seems rather dull in comparison. Still, I would love to live there.

    Come on now Ryan... Believe me when I say this I think the Apartment is absolutely beautiful. But 45M$ for a 5 bedroom place is absolutely ridiculous. You yourself wouldn't even take this place over your Townhouse which is 38M$ cheaper. I just don't see this justifying the price.

    • @Cloxxki
      @Cloxxki ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There's a trend to lower bed/bath counts I think. You can only be in one room at the same time and it will rarely be a large group of friends buying a place to all live in together.
      It's priced at $34M now so bite while it's cheap and you can still pay for anything in dollars ;-)
      Perhaps there are too many of these large apartments on BIllionaire Row, the billionaires aren't biting. If you're a billionaire, getting anything than a (near) top floor is kind of pointsless (to me), and paying $20-30M for a low floor where you can barely see a few blocks away in most directions...I don't know why those units aren't offices or MANY smaller bachelor pads for minimalist millionaires who need a mortgage for a $5M studio or 2-bed.

I don't like the idea of riding elevator every single minute .I just can't understand why people would spend so much money to live in a tower always scared of earthquake, Strongs winds ,fire,explosion. Come on people take a single minute before you make any decision, and don't wait later to say you regret it.you can get luxury anywhere if you feel good with yourself.
