      Stinky Pete, probably not. After 2 years of traveling, you will get bored. Bored of not having a place to call home. Bored of being constantly living with a (or multiple) packed suitcase. Bored of not enjoying the little things that you love in life and available only in your home country. Bored of not seing your friends as much as you'd like. Because let's be honest, if your dream is traveling indefinitely, it is pretty easy to do. Take a loan, purchase some apartments, rent them on airbnb and be cashflow positive. With only 2000 usd per month of cash flow, it is enough to go see the world for 2 years. If you haven't worked towards this yet, then it is not really your dream. Or chances are, you just have a fantasied vision of what traveling really is for you haven't really done it.

      There are so many people going stark naked in their apartments, especially on high-rise buildings in Manhattan. No one would give a shit, especially if you're at that level of wealth where you're being invited to attend NYC, London, Paris fashion week events all the time and bombarded by beautiful people and celebrities. If you own a million-dollar home, the only people who'd stalk you are probably FBI agents or the IRS. Other than that...you can have breakfast naked and none of your neighbours would give a shit. Besides, if you're a multi-millionaire let alone a billionaire, you can afford private security who are former Secret Service agents to guard your door if you're paranoid.

      Sure, better silence at night. Better access to walk ways, better living expense relative to the city for sure...that's every other city but here? Unmatched access to any type of thing you wish to spend money on almost at any time of day. Better ability to network with professionals across a range of markets..vastly wider than any other city that all tend to be "few market" towns. I mean "any other", Tokyo, Paris, Berlin, London, Kuala Lampur, Kimpala, Sao Paolo....name a city, it has less market diversity.
      Real estate? It's capital is here. Fashion? It's capital is here. Tech? It's capital is here? Marketing? It's capital is here? Architecture? It's capital is here. Finance? It's capital is here. Health Care ? It's capital is here. Music? It's capital is here? Entertainment? it's (next to Hollywood) capital is here? Dance/Theater? It's capital is here? Restaurants? It's capital is here...and on and on.

    • @jilliannyc2124
      @jilliannyc2124 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    • @DavidSaintloth
      @DavidSaintloth 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Another benefit of a salt water pool aside from not needing chlorine to keep various types of bacteria at bay is the advantage of buoyancy increase that having salt in the water provides. This makes swimming in the pool a bit easier for those who are not as skilled at swimming such as children or older folks. It's much easier to just float free body in salt water.

    NY is so interesting, but there seems to be no privacy there. Every window has a thousand other people's windows looking into it and every balcony, the same. I just couldn't live like that. I need privacy when I'm at home. Period. All dang day you are on camera everywhere and have a ton of people watching your every move everywhere you go. I can't relax with that, so when I'm home, it's imperative that I know every moment that no one can see me other than who lives there. I don't even answer the door if I don't know someone is coming. I refuse to feel watched in my own home or in my own back yard. Ya gotta have that down time!
