Since HP didn't answer your question, those wires are antenna leads for a secondary WLAN card. They don't connect to anything unless you have two WLAN cards running.
can I replace the motherboard of an 840 G3 with an 840 G4 the chassis seems to be identical but will the 840 G4 actually fit?
