Curtis Sinclair's Mansion is a location featured in Dead Island 2. It is the mansion that is home to Curtis Sinclair, a celebrity. The house's address is at 62 Alpine Drive in Bel-Air.
It is the location for the side quest 'Death of the Party,' where the player helps Curtis in escaping from his mansion where he is trapped on the upper floor.

About the game:
Dead Island 2 is a 2023 action role-playing game developed by Dambuster Studios and published by Deep Silver. It is a sequel to the 2011 video game Dead Island and the third major installment in the Dead Island series. The game was released on 21 April 2023, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. Announced in 2014, Dead Island 2 spent more than eight years in "development hell" due to multiple changes with the studios working on it.
About 15 years after the events of "Dead Island", the US military are forced to put Los Angeles under a full quarantine restricted zone due to a new and stronger zombie outbreak. As Los Angeles is being quarantined, six individuals (dubbed "Slayers") board one of the last evacuation flights out of the city: hustler Bruno, mechanic Carla, retail worker Dani, firefighter-themed stripper Ryan, athlete Amy, and stuntman Jacob.
