In my country, unfortunately only 10.5kg, 11kg and 12.5kg models are available in the market. There’s totally NO 13.5kg, 14kg and 16kg models at all. And some doesn’t come with the Hot Wash function too. I am thinking of changing to a 12.5kg one very soon. ❤ Btw may I ask how to actually use the Hot Wash functions?? What kind of clothes (materials) are not suitable for Hot Wash use??? Anyway for the past decade, I have been using only Panasonic washing machines. They are very reliable and doesn’t spoil easily, I changed 2 all because I think they are old (each used for 6yrs & 7yrs old) NOT because they are defective, in fact both machines are still fully functional in good condition. Btw I also don’t understand how to use the Air Dry and Eco Navi all along. Can you pls guide me?? Thanks 🙏🏻

buti pa pala sa sm kahit cash bayad namin ay detalyado pa magpaliwanag kaysa dito nasa vid na lalaki. ang tagal niya talaga magpaliwanag at ineentertain niya kung may tatanong pa kami. ang maswerte lang din alam niya kung pano talaga ioperate dahil yung sales lady may unit din na ganito sa bahay nila kaya yung knowledge niya first hand talaga.
Maganda yang washing machine na yan. Nakakalinis talaga ng damit. Lalo ung mga makakapal at mabibigat.
