For example, if I have a component A and component B, they are actually same components(same Alias), the only difference between them is A is in long chain, B is in short chain molecular. I want to simulate a reaction A→B, and the conversion fraction is 20%(20% A to B), how can I do that, I tried use Rstoic model to simulate this reaction, however I recieved error that I can't start the simulation. do you have any idea with this?
