    Hi, Great Tutoial, i have a problem in converging the distillation column (i'm getting : Fatal Error - Zero Diagonal in Column Matrix) Message and the column doesn't converge ! That's for a Dumping Factor of 1.
    While i change the dumping factor to 0.5 the column rapidly converges !
    What is your explanation for this ? is it because the distillation column in this case is Highly non Ideal ?

      Yes it's highly non ideal.
      You can also converge the column with dumping factor 1 if you have some guess values of column temperatures

      @@Chemiopedia Thanks a lot. Waiting for the next Tutorials. I hope you'll teach us some of the Economic aspects of processes using Aspen Process Economic Analyzer and some get into rigorous modeling of all Heat Transfer Equipments in HYSYS.
