It's an amazing series for Beginner's as they'll get to know from where to start their yoga journey.
Whereas for regular practitioners it's a way to make their foundation strong so that they can achieve advance postures with ease.

Level 2 is done...feeling so calm after doing yoga n i have done 7 days series and now its time for 10 days series and i want to complete your all challenge one by one 🙂 and i know tht i will do it 🙂🙂🙂
Level 2 done. I practiced level 2 for 7 days. Now moving on to level 3 tomorrow. When I did the level 2 practice for the first time, I thought I would never be able to balance on one foot but today after 7 practices I am able to balance on one foot decently. Thank you soooo much :)

@@dishasehrawat7750 HI Disha!!! I did not feel any pressure in my arms while doing level 1. I felt a lot of pressure on my thighs but at the end of 7 practices I was very comfortable with that pressure on my thighs.

level 2 done! as a regular practitioner, I generally just start while you're still explaining but this time I listened to your instructions as if I was practicing Yoga for the first time, and it really helped! i was able to balance perfectly without moving, and feeling one with the point I was looking at. Thank you for this class and this series! Much love ❤

I am beginner in yoga and I have been practicing your yoga video (10 levels) I am on level one , I want to gain weight but the problem that I face is that my body/legs shivers when I do downward dog or plank, I do yoga early in morning before breakfast.
And also thank you for such nice content , it's very helpful for beginners like me!
With practice you'll body won't shiver.. just keep practicing 👍❤️

Hello Preeti, found tree pose on the right tricky compared to my Left ,similarly the holding of the right leg from behind and extending the left hand and bending down was difficult. Will continue to practice level 2 few more times.

It's very helpful for beginners.
Level 2 was able to do except some components of the balancing part. Doing it on the right side was much comfortable compared to left side. We do it again.. Thank you so much for explaining so well have a good day
