Level 3 done. I practiced it for 7 days. Now I feel very comfortable with all the warrior poses. Practicing level 1 and 2 for seven days each really helped me with the warrior poses in this level. Looking forward to level 4. Thank you sooooooo much. Also I am loosing a lot of weight while practicing this evolution series:)

Ma'am I have reached level 3 in around 10 days. And I really feel good doing the practices but I face problem of stiff lower back and pain in lower back and my knees hurt as well. For ex I can't get up without taking support of palms in the routine after down dog where we have either leg in front. Could u please make a video to address this problem. I am age 32 and mother to a 15 month old. But really want to get agility back 🙏🙏🙏 thank you so much
