Just made my first Ironman last night ! Played nothing but my main since osrs came out. The idea of Ironman is so intriguing to me but also kinda overwhelming with how much I dont know etc. Thanks for this video man

He wasnt knowledgeable about the game. If he was being honest he would just have said he followed the OzirisRS Ironman written guide. This is that guide in video format. What this guy did well was make it sound like he didnt follow it. Shameless really.
Great guide, got back into osrs to do iron man and enjoying following your guide, one thing to note there’s a few small things that happen but aren’t explained how, for example knights sword how did you get iron bars? for crafting what did you do to get that up?, The barcrawl i don’t think was mentioned you even started it nor went to each bar throughout the vid otherwise your video has been the most in depth explained i’ve seen so it’s definitely great work
@@4scoopcmon its because hes jus tdoing quests and saying and that quest completed hes not going into depth of what hes done i honestly disliked it, trying to follow him was impossible, idk people cant make guides it must be hard

What damage were you receiving at Wintertod? Almost all guides recommend 10hp, but I love how you did more quests (it also looked as more fun and diverse gameplay).
Love this. Although as a new player, I don't recommend ironman without some sort of guide to follow up to mid game. Pure chaos is going to be slow going. Enjoy!
Funny, every damn ironman youtuber gets the dragon axe and pet drop as soon as they touch Wintertodt, and here I am with 600+ attempts and no pet or axe
In runescape classic quest xp scaled with level, murder mystery gave your crafting level x 37.5 + 187.5 in crafting xp With runescape 2 the rewards no longer scale, and it seems the new reward is 37.5 x 37.5 Fishing contest was messier again it seems, with different formula for above and below level 24
IMO: its way better to do wintertodt early on, and before you start it, buy a POH. IF you do this, when u repair the braziers you will be 60 plus cons by the time your like 92-93 fm, such a great way to skip all that early bs on cons
@@redditshorts4u679doesn’t it depend on what ur con is? P sure the do drops from fixing the thingy is based off your con level. So it’s useful to level up construction a bit before you start. Not 100% sure what the numbers r tho.
@@KyzakYT I know most people say level 20-25 is fine. Of course, if you are willing/able to get to level 30 before the wintertodt grind, it’ll only help you to get more xp. So I would aim for 20-30; Per most peoples recommendations I have found

telling your playtime at the end of each of these videos would be great. all the guides make it seem like getting to 400 level is something that can be done in an afternoon lol
Ive tried getting into osrs ironman and just couldnt. Too much waiting for run energy, no lodestones was just too much. Maybe ill watch this then try again lol.

Doing wintertodt not solo to 15k points per game is really a waste of time. I got 80fm at wintertodt with 50construction. It really does make a difference.
I don't suppose anyone has a list of the quests mentioned in here ? its easy to keep track of the skills that need levelling in the vid but the quests get skimmed through a little
is this still viable guide? My friend got me into OSRS, never played it and started me off in Group Hardcore Ironman. All I have been doing is campfires and chopping wood lol trying to keep myself alive. My friends are all veteran players since it started but our schdules dont match so they cant help me :/ .. Your guide seems like a great step by step in what to do.

it might be a stupid question but what exactly is the purpose of smashing vials for the reward of the barcrawl minigame?
You don’t have to drop vials anymore they’ll just disappear. Good for bossing, or when fighting and want inventory spaces
its just a quality of life improvement. less clicking = better for you
Hey! I just quit my main in OSRS to try RS3 but I cannot not play my ironman. OSRS Ironman is such a good game mode. Good luck and happy scaping mate.
I had to grind past 99 FM to get the tome of fire (840 kc) and you got 3 tomes, daxe and pet. Lol.
I just got phoenix and dragon axe 129 kc and below lol, ironman rng :)

Its way too late to show it at the end of every video, but I can say the long term average is about 100 hours of gameplay per video

I'm on Fixed Mode, you can change your game client layout by hitting F10 which opens up the settings
