I for one never get approached, and even when Im close proximity to women, when there is only.one seat left at a coffeeshop, a woman will put her earphones in and offer no connection. Men have to be the initiators and risk coming accross as a creep. There are men out there that have never had confidence issues with women but for many of us, even if we are decent looking like myself, we often second guess our own attractiveness based on the lack of interest we get and the high rejection rate, the fact that we are worried we are not good enough, the imposter syndrome of even going up to a woman, especially if she is of a higher social class or status. There are men genuinely suffering out here who have been made to believe they have no value to give women whatsoever and arw shamed for even approaching women in public. Imagine walking outside and seeing couples everywhere and seeing women that you could have a beautiful connection with that never ever give you the time of day, the fact that dating apps have completely ruined real life connections and interactions between men and women and the mental health and loneliness crisis men are going through wh2n reduced to a swipe on an app where only the most attractive pictures get any attention and where 5% of the men are dating over half of all the women. Where evwn good looking guys feel ugly, where there is pressure to earn 6 figures, have a higb social statua, always be confident andnot show vulnerability to women, to never get approached and have to endure rejection after rejection until you finally meet a woman that likes and accepts you, it makes you very very jaded as a man.
I hear what you're saying. But women are also getting rejected and rarely get approached, especially in Berlin. The apps have fucked it for everyone, a lot have given up on dating altogether...so we're also finding it lonely at times.
And that's exactly the problem with cities like Berlin...loads of ppl moving in from small towns bringing over small town mentality and having their mind blown by things that are perfectly normal to big city dwellers.
