Nevermind, i found it! it's called an up to 9.5k$ mandatory "educational loans" and for students on financial aid it will be eliminated with increased scholarship during the 2nd & 3rd year, neat. And it is said that an average student with high financial aid will still need to pay around 10% cost of attendance, which is still huge amount for someone like me.😅I'm 24 now and the ultimate dream is atttending an acting MFA before i'm 30🙏 Amen.
