Instead of congratulating her for her beautiful pub her friends noticed first her appearance. Come on ladies she's a hands on owner doing the cooking and other stuff. What matters to her during that time is to personally greet you and welcome you even if she doesn't look good that time. For me she's a superwoman! Congrats on your business.
I think they are saying that as her friends. When you have a success, you just look and feel like it. They are noticing the disconnect between a proud day and her overwhelmed feelings. It’s just empathy.

That is so much work to open and run a restaurant-pub! Congratulations to both of them! Too many people judging relationships on these shows…these are just normal people, not actors, and these are edited from a lot of footage. Most normal people are going to look a bit awkward and not always being their best self under stress and with a film crew following them around. But sometimes something is more one person’s dream than the other and if that’s the case here it’s important to find balance in making sure both are happy. We all just get one life. Good luck! 🎉

Even if you are in a very happy marriage opening a business especially a restaurant see a counselor both together and separately even if you have the best marriage opening a restaurant is the most stressful thing not only physically but Financial stress as well

Wife is unhappy and the husband seems clueless. She may complain in a joking manner but take it serious. Husband doesn't seem bad but communication seems to be the problem. Maybe talk it out or see someone.

@@nanochhi614 You're right, they are great together, they should create time to work on their relationship. Since they Husband is good with details she can continue his Supervisory Roles, His wife seems to be good with every other thing,she shouldn't be cooking in the kitchen, if not she'll be exhausted, she can supervise the kitchen and staff. They need to trust that their staff can handle things so they can have some time and energy to spend together.
Now you know why the husband was stressed and always tries to do things perfectly. She is clumsy which is okay but as business owners you cant make a lot of mistakes.

I'll tell you all what was the best day of my life!! The best day of my life........was when I was in Korea and got myself a Korean woman for the first time in my life. I dated her and we were in love. I never had that love in my life all the years I was alone and unloved. That was the best day of my life!!!
