How to tie your belt in BJJ and Judo

How to tie your belt. There are many methods. This is one of the most common. Some Japanese people call it sashi-obi. Sashi means to stab and obi is belt. In Japan, the belts are a bit more stiff. So it is perfect for this method. If you have a softer, floppier belt, a simple knot works just fine.
