    I've been doing this video for roughly 4 months average 4 days a week and keeps my core strong, got rid of my belly pouch and some muffin top.
    For like a 2 week stint i tried a different abs video from another TH-camr but it didn't even come close to the consistent results this video gives.

    Wow ! This was challenging ! I could not complete it either . I tacked it onto the end of a strength training workout ! Love the ab specific ring workouts you do !!!

    What a great ab workout. This is a really short video, but my abs are burning and I love it!!! Works great for finishing your workout for the day. I did my strength training video and wanted to do some abs and this is perfect. Thanks Karen

    This ten minutes was a killer, couldn’t do the last one as I couldn’t roll up to a sitting pose and my resting leg wasn’t straight on the ring. More practice needed.

    Sino tengo anillo se puede hacer con otro material pesa o balon?

      Puedes usar un balon ya sea de ejercicio pequeño o de tu hijo(a). Tiene que ser un balon que sea flexible y puedas apretarlo. El mini ball que ves en sus otros videos. Ese usaba yo el año pasado y bien haces el ejercicio. En Navidad pedi el pilates ring y pues si lo sientes mas en el ejercicio. Pero si no lo tienes tambien puedes hacer el ejercicio por igual. Yo sugiero mas usar un balon que usar una pesa (dumbbell). Espero esto te ayude.
