Nama: The exercise of breathing through the ajna chakra was very powerful and smoothed out my breathing down to my stomach and muladhara chakra. I feel a sense of calm and openness. It opened my breathing channel in a relaxed way and made me aware of the shushumna nadi energy flowing quickly.
M: The energy after each breathing exercise was strong in the heart area, the solar plexus...when I placed my hands there it got hotter. The focus on the ajna chakra, was also strong, and light images were appearing, light against the dark background, and presently (just after we ended the session) my ajna chakra aches. I have felt the energy in my palms for a long time, and I will do some self healing and sending healing energy to those needing it, and especially to the whole world at this time of intensity.
