Medical Buy outs when you’re on Social Security Disability/Medicare. Set aside issues?? Just a suggestion for a topic.

I am here and its complete bullshit and unfair. I had a 16 ton radial stacker fall on me in 1993, cutting both hands off, broke my back, crushed my pelvis, broke my hip and have nerve damage from it all. I am PTD and because of a roll over accident, WCF now believes they are no longer responsible for medical, even though I settled with WCF for medical for life.
Because my accident is 30 years old and the original medical documents only go back 22 years and now I am having troubles proving the medical. For years they paid for injections, back surgeries, medications and now they just deny, deny deny!!
Is it worth it, I will have at least 5 major surgeries next year. Its a horrible system and something needs to be done about it!!

Holy Moly! Those were some injuries. We are sorry about your accident. Unfortunately we see this way too often. With time the insurance companies feel as if they no longer need to pay and start looking for holes in the system so they can try to use them and not have to pay. We do wish you the best outcome and hope you are well represented.
If anything please call us, even if it's just to hear you out and let out those questions you might have 800 606 6999.

Suggestion, you were talking about Injured workers being starved for money during the process, Milage reimbursement and Parking as well as paying for QME visits/miles/parking.

I have hardware in my left elbow.
Plate and 10 screws the doctor said I would probably need hardware removal in the future.
Would workers comp have to pay for that future hardware removal?
    Thank you

Hello good evening I’m in a bad situation very difficult. I had a traumatic brain injury. I had a mild conclusion I was a healthcare worker and the owner bring a wall unit in the patient’s house and it slammed in my head. I had two sets of lawyers they were not good. I am not getting no benefits for my traumatic brain injury. I was just awarded loss wages one check that was in May 2023. I still see neurologist every three months so it’s been four years now. What do I do? my accident was May 20, 2020. I need a good lawyer to represent me because he’s lawyers are very tricky.
