No GPS, No App, 1/3 more expensive than ICE pickup, 2kw per mile summer, less in winter.
this is equivalent of having an electric helicopter with no instruments or radio, and a range of 10 mins flight.
for 50k i would expect more thought behind it.

Good pickup for small business. Dog groomers or garden center types

So what exactly are the tax advantages? Clearly, it will be ULEZ compliant, but how much would the annual tax be on this pickup?

same as any other EV vehicle. Very low (1-2% BiK tax) plus the price of purchase/lease is put against profit in a limited company so isn't subject to corporation tax. Thats how I understand it anyway

Do you write for auto express or have you just read their review and copied, word for word in some sentences, theirs from March '23?

Erm, there are other EV Pickups, they can be found from Ford, GM and Tesla!

Save on running costs ??? How stupid can one get ? If anyone is concerned with running costs, they would not own a suv in the 1st place electric or not.

If your working in and around London your save on running costs (ulez) plus it’s a lot cheaper to fill up, I’ve got electric van already and running that for a year doing 15k cost me just over £400 in electric, the are lots of savings to be had in my opinion.

@@Rascal2468 Most who buy pickups and SUV's don't need such a large heavy vehicle. The vast majority of pickup trucks here in the states are used as fashion statements. It is good to hear you are benefiting from your electric van.

Do not buy this car. I have the misfortune of driving it as a trial vehicle for work. EVERYTHING about it screams made in china. Practically no seat adjustment or steering wheel adjustment. Bad ergonomics. Very cheap plastics everywhere, extremely uncomfortable ride. Full battery will give you 180 miles if your lucky. Heater blows cold from setting 0-30, 31-33 blows to hot. Absolutely gutless power train. You have to driven it in 'power' mode to make it go anywhere. Entertainment system is awful. Average speed yesterday said 25mph and today it's says 140 mph! There is so much that I need to say to steer you away from this piece of Chinese crap but it will all probably be deleted so I shall leave it there. You really do not want to waste money of this vehicle. Test drive it first at the very least.
I am at the end off my shift now and from a full battery I am one bar above red and I have only done 86 miles.
