I think he's trying to convey that the entire world of finance was toxic yet she came in with a set prejudice against men and ended up blaming only men when she left despite EVERYONE being pretty shitty.
Extremely weird. Talking about buildings and other things “made by men” as if time and time again it isn’t proven that women are behind some of these inventions. As though women, historically, haven’t been kept out of many male dominated fields. The angle of women and men complimenting each other would’ve made more sense than that misogynistic rant at the end that brought out his true thought process.
