I love it Tony! Innovation to something seemingly so fundamental! I’m going to run it by our high school coaches.

Lol this is a lie. Sure you can block anything in front of you. Ive seen so many games lost via dinky passed balls because you're on one knee and unathletetic...one knee you can block 8-12 inches in any direction. Traditional stance you got 3-4 ft. Lol why do it

I’m sure Tony a great guy ..... but how about having a difference of opinion....it NOT ROCKET SCIENCE 🙄 if ain’t broke don’t fix it ? How about anticipation of a bad pitch his opinion is right down the middle lets not have a different thought ? ....That’s right lets start brainwashing these minor league coaches early ...... so the smart guys in the front office who never played at a High level can tell the coaches who’ve had the practical experience and played the game at a high level teach the game and make it more difficult than it already is .... fat some point your going to have to hit the ball , field the ball and throw the ball ..... stop reinventing the wheel for Christ sake 🥵😡🤬

I personally am starting to catch on one knee and it is easier for me to frame pitches block left and right and straight down the middle

@@oldschoolbaseball16 I'm 18, playing in college, and went down to a one knee catching stance just last year after using a traditional stance for all my 10 years catching. Felt great, practically nothing changed with my defense and knees felt so much better. If you have a problem with it that's fine but at least understand why they're doing it
