It is good to be respectful of everyone. SOME people just forget, it's not because they are trying to be underhanded. We are all human at the end of the day. Che is not renown for level-headedness or kindness. Che should work on that.
While trying to be inclusive and showcase the struggles of the community, they showed a character that is so stereotypical- entitled, condescending, demands respect but gives little, obnoxious- and in this case a stand up comedian who’s not at all funny.
It’s rude not to tho. It would be like your name. If you told me your name was Caleb and I was like “nah, I’m gonna call you Jacob”. That would be… rude.

Che needs to understand that old people forget why they walked into a room half the time. Memory fades as one grows older. She's not being fair. I like the way that the writers has Che being offensive with the word "Jesus" as an expletive, and then immediately gets offended herself. Clever writing.
I agree. This is a really bad idea to co-opt a word that means something else and try to use it this way. THEY is a PLURAL and this is just confusing. MAKE UP a new word that you can use to define your new sexuality. Then you will get people's attention: Oh, that's a new word I guess I'm going to have to learn. Instead of just confusing them with a known plural. If you are going to create a new sexuality then create new voacabulary for it. Language evolves. This is okay.
