Colonialism doesn't seem to be a form of government and more of an act of changing someone's government or ruling into your own government in a forceful manner. This means that the place that was colonized will be under one of the types of government after being colonized
As for communism and socialism those are more economic systems run by the government rather than forms of government. Yes they have lots of government control but that doesn't necessarily mean they are forms of government

How to create the ideal form of government.
First I look at what it is and is not and I use concepts of logic to entice what should Government concern and what it shouldn't.
Should government have a say about the economy. The answer is no. One of the greatest contributions to human history and development is specialization. Having certain humans do certain things. The problem with this is that they become overly reliant and can amass a lot of power. The good quality of specialization is the fact you have better qualified people and work in those areas can be done at the same time as other things, requiring less micro-control. However, the downside is that you have to deal with more people. This is why generally in many cases, people prefer an everything person, even though that it leads to more power in the hands of a person. I can inform you that it is possible to have both without it becoming an issue of too many chefs in the kitchen.
Now besides the economy, religion or philosophy and ethics is another quality of society that should be independent and the same is true for education as state-run education is a recipe of making a population easily under the control of the state.
What I recommend is having an organized society where you have a government but it only concerns qualities of society deem appropriate for it, which in turn minimizes its tyranny while maximizing its utlities as it should. What should the government have control over? Military is one very common quality that comes to mind, but another is public goods. Public goods are commodities and services in society that are nonprofitable. And lastly, there is the quality of the government that manages issues of contention between people that would not immediately fall under the market, the church or the school, if it makes it easier to understand what the other parts of society pertain to.
If we can structure this public sector adequately then we can do something similar for the market, church and school, correct? A properly organized society prevents corruption, increases efficiency and expands prosperity.
Each sector of society manages itself of its own accord, although I do believe we do people do intersect these sectors as it concerns our activities and therefore we should be able to freely engage with only enough intrusion deemed necessary to keep track of our actions in preventing ourselves from disturbing the balance between them that guarantees their independence from one another. We shouldn't want to mix market with state unless it was critical for both of them. For this we do need an oversector to help maintain the balance and to be that authority over the whole thing. It can also be involved to be that everything person, but it should be limited to prevent itself from replacing the system outright or undermining its purpose.
I call this system of government, Ratiocracy, Rule through Reason.

what are the types of government?
There are several types of government systems that exist around the world. Here are some of the most common types:
Democracy: In easy laguage it means democracy is a goverment of people avvording to law and regulation. there is a give some fundamnetal rule from goverment. In a democracy, the citizens have the right to participate in decision-making processes, and the government is accountable to the people.
Monarchy: A system in which a single person, usually a king or queen, serves as the head of state. In some cases, the monarch has absolute power, while in others, the monarch is a figurehead with limited power, and the government is run by elected officials.
Dictatorship: A form of government in which a single person, called a dictator, holds absolute power over the government and its people. In a dictatorship, there is no free speech or democracy, and the people have limited rights.
Communism: A political and economic ideology that advocates for a classless society in which all property is owned by the community, and goods and services are distributed based on need. In a communist government, the state controls the means of production and distribution of goods and services.
Socialism: A system in which the means of production are owned by the community, and goods and services are distributed based on need. In a socialist government, there is more emphasis on social and economic equality and providing basic needs to all citizens.
Federalism: A form of government in which power is divided between a central government and smaller, regional governments. In a federal system, each level of government has its own powers and responsibilities.
Republic: A form of government in which power is held by the people, who elect representatives to govern on their behalf. In a republic, there is no monarch, and the people have the right to vote and participate in government......For more visit our site:- www.letsdiskuss.com/

I could not help but notice that the list of types of government is lacking on one more type, and to me a very "CRUCIAL" one. Something ancient Rome may have invented or strived for before adopting the Greek Democratic model of so much fame. A Republic based by the people for the people based on "TRUTH" a "VERACRATIA!" Why has this been overlooked. Raised in a home where my father demanded nothing less than this I could not help but notice while many parents do practice this at home nobody actually endeavors to encourage this for our own governments. Why? Is this way to challenging? Or is not about time that this be brought forth. I think it is time. In Democratic the people are given voice. But based on what? Our selfish passions or wants over our necessities. Or our faulty concepts of what right or wrong, sometimes based on what others have decided for us. Or on some brainwashed scheme also imposed on our minds like racism, fascism, communism by Karl Marx, or Darwinism. Come on WAKE UP! The "VALE IS TORN AT CALVARY" from over ALL our eyes and minds. It ALL begins at home, that's why family is so precious. When your foundation is based on a firm solid foundation. The endurance of said foundation is that much stronger.
