Good explanations. Really apriciated the inclusion of Geniocracy since it doesn't have much visibility (would've rather seen Epistocraci or Noocracy portraited, since they don't rely wholy on iq, but the fundation is similar). Overall, I did really enjoy this video.
I never knew there was a system of government based on intelligence! Ive been meaning to learn more about different systems of government as i only have a base level understanding of capitalism and communism.

Facism is not a right sided thing it is either and is often a bastardised version of any political system but typically occurs on the left side of the spectrum when dictatorial systems are added which is why it is a common misconception to be a right only ideology. Before anyone assumes I am either side I am a non voter by choice as I see people take a side and support them no matter what, if you are interested I am a believer in a form of hybrid technocracy/noocracy as I believe improving all systems in the operation of a country is the best solution for increased wealth and citizen happiness over time
Read the first line of its Wikipedia entry. Not saying that's proof of anything but they have quite a few scholarly references to back the claim. I see it as right wing because it actively endorses natural social hierarchies in a way leftists & Marxists resist. I personally think fascism is sorta a right-wing version of communism. It's like people who say na*is are left wing. They literally banned trade unions and locked up communists... I do believe there's a strong argument for it to be so far right it looks far left, but at its core the Ideologies differ imho
Communism is not a form of government, in communism, there isn't any government. Communists and Anarchists have the same goal, just different approaches.
I was thinking "wow, an unbiased and informative political video on youtube, how unique and refreshing". Then you described fascism as inherently right-wing..... (For context, I'm a leftist / far-left globalist. I believe in no borders, highly logarithmic progressive taxation system, 100% inheritance tax, and so on.) The two most famous examples of fascism, nazi Germany and Mussolini's Italy, were both an extreme version of socialism, which is a left leaning ideology. They were both super focused on civilian programs, public education, public urban planning and development, nationalized industry for egalitarian employment and resource distribution, and so on. Authoritarianism (main attribute of fascism) has nothing to do with the right-left classification, it is a completely separate axis of political classification. Having a single piece of political propaganda talking points in an informative video, immediately casts doubts on everything said in the video. If you seek to educate, and not deceive - keep your own beliefs and opinions out of political analysis.
To be honest, I based that on a textbook I was getting this info from, and triangulated it with some web sources including Oxford and Wikipedia. Both regimes you cited banned trade unions and viciously hated communism. Not to mention their social policies. Either way, I don't really have a dog in the fight. Call it what you want, I'm not trying to propagandize. You really came outta the gates at me there bud, nothing to be so mad about. p.s. I'd say I'm center-left, for transparency's sake.
@@helpfulprofessorexplains I'm not mad or emotional in any way. I'm autistic, and therefore value objectivity and rational representation of reality, over everything else, lol. Sorry if my writing reads as confrontational. Wikipedia is not a reputable source, as even a high-school level educator could tell you. Fact checking is a pretty large aspect of youtube analysis videos, especially if you want to be objective and unbiased. Basing a part of a script on one source, and wikipedia to check it, ain't gonna do the job.
We will have to agree to disagree. I believe it to be right wing based on my assessment. Hey, do me a favor, I'll be putting out more videos on similar topics in the future. Feel free to fact-check them and keep me appraised of your thoughts.
@@helpfulprofessorexplainsApologies in advance since this is a fairly old conversation, but for what it's worth you're really not that far off with the definition you gave. The confusing part is that fascism is objectively a very conservative ideology - which is quite easy to conflate with conventional right-wing politics, though at face value fascism doesn't really say anything about how one should govern their economics. Similarly, the most famous example of fascism (or at least what most people think of, you know, the quirky german guy with the moustache), would probably be accurately described as economic center, they nationalized a lot of industry (which is inherently left-leaning economics), but they also still have a lot of private property and capital in the opposite direction - though this is why some will take that particular instance of fascism a step further into it's own subset. It's been a very contentious thing to define throughout the decades since, so I absolutely understand where you're coming from. Otherwise, very quality video! Although, as I do my own reading into the distinctions - taking right-wing vs left-wing in the more conventional archetypes, I'd agree that it is a far-right ideology (given the very, very strong revolving around social hierarchy, etc.)
This is a nice idea, but it confuses the economical aspect of governence with the directorial. Probably should differentiate.

Appreciate it. I'll look into those other two and consider them for future videos.

thank you
You're welcome 😊
it's good, but why introduce capitalism and colonialism if they are not forms of government
Yea, my mistake 😵💫 I'll redo it.
@@helpfulprofessorexplains - or simply change the title to something like: "forms of Governments & Societies" or "forms of human systems".
There are six forms of government. Monarchy. Aristocracy. Republic. Tyranny. Oligarchy. Democracy.
bro is still stuck in ancient greece
@@paulphanachet Everyone of his governments is encompassed by these. Why make it more complicated.
Besides...Aristotle. :)
And technocracy and theocracy and kleptocracy and logocracy and many more
@@Yakettyjackski And all of those fit in the six.
@@scottjuhnke6825 I guess, but like for example what type do you think technocracy would fit under? It could be a few of them and/or a mix

Appreciate it 😀
