@@LifeAsWestwood I was born in 90 (as well?) and been living here since January 23, but considering selling everything back home and move here for good 😎
Do you have residency and got a TIN already?
15% capital gains tax must be better than what they pay in the UK.
Would love to hear a bit about your monthly budget, both from the UK, how it is now, and your expectations for the future when the house is fully ready and you can grow some of your own food and use the sun for electricity.
Maybe something about, your in-laws, hows your relationship to them, how often do you see them, what do you do together for getting closer, and do you support them financially?
Keep up with the videos, the algorithm will reward you in the future for sure! ❤

Hey! Thanks for the message and great questions, that's what I love to see, out of the box questions, not just "how to get a Filipina", lol. Everything you've mentioned I'll be sure to put into videos, not to fob you off but I know you'd probably equally prefer to see something visual rather than me writing out answers here in the comments!
Love to hear that you're also making it out here at our ripe young age 😂😅 certainly beats waiting till we are old and immobile! Definitely sell everything. Commit to it if you're happy here and can cope and accel in the Filipino ways. I have no assets in UK now, just put it all on Marketplace to sell, whatever didn't sell in time for the flight... went in the bin haha.
Personally I don't have a TIN, I've never actually enquired either, mainly because my companies are UK based and I get smashed by Corp Tax anyway. Unfortunately the one business in particular (Fortune Comps) has to stay UK based anyway, I can't set up shop here in Philippines with that. How about you, are you on the 15%, and what do you do for income too? Share the juice!
As for my income/budget etc, I've never sat down and been able to identify it accurately, as my businesses are very much involved in the daily outgoings and stuff too, it might taint any numbers I try to give people. I'll definitely be trying to piece together what I believe to be a decent income and budget per month though, because I know there is so much bullshit about that topic on TH-cam. People saying you need $4000 pm, ridiculous.
Anything that you can also share with me about your life here would be great, especially how you afford being here as there aren't many of us young 'uns! Appreciate ya
