The lyric video for Taste says that that last falsetto is Hyunjin, and though he did do the one before, the last falsetto was actually Felix! You can hear it if you listen super closely or watch the live performance. I was proud of him hitting that high note and I just thought you should know lol
If you want to check out more of Felix's singing I highly recommend his solo song 'Deep End'. It really shows off more of his vocal range and skill, not just sticking in his deep register (and its a fully English song which is a nice bonus for international fans :D). On the SKZ replay album all the members have solo songs so if you are wanting to listen to a certain member those songs could be nice to check out!

Lee Know has a solo song called "Limbo" which would be great to see more of his vocals!
Felix also has a solo song it's called "Deep End" and it really showcases his vocals and his range!
Hyunjin has quite a few solo songs too the one's I've heard so far are "Ice Cream", "Miss you", and "Love Untold" and they are all so good!
Lee Know's vocals in Taste will forever live in my head. I'm happy more people notice just how clean and smooth his voice is 😌

The Rap line really is special and Muddy Water is a perfect showcase. Starting with Felix, (demon slayer line is my favorite) who continues to grow each year as his confidence grows. He used to be very insecure about his singing but that is starting to change. You'll see in their Survival show how he spoke only a little basic Korean when he became a trainee and that was a struggle and weakness.
I love Hyunjin's rap style. It has a groove to it that makes it feel so smooth. He always has a layed back flow even when he's rapping a fast verse.
Good way to explain Changbin and Han styles. Changbin writes like he raps; full emotion and considerate insite.
I think Han's instinct and talent is why he is so great at freestyle. People talk about him being and Ace because he's so good at singing, rapping and dancing (so charismatic when performing), well you will learn Han is also a gifted song writer. He tackles a variety of subjects and it's been said that we Stay who don't speak Korean don't understand the true genius of his creativity when it comes to wordplay.
Felix really goes off and ate up Muddy water..just how Seungmin said that Felix really ate the rapping in that song..the aussie accent is just chef's kiss❤❤❤
Han is known as a “ACE” and “ALL ROUNDER” meaning he’s so adaptable and can literally do and type of singing that’s needed. And it comes pretty naturally, his talent level, your right, it next level. No one can really match Han in that level and the other members regularly say so.
Felix voice is such a focal point in their discography, it played a major role in getting people attention and bringing numbers. I personally am a huge fans of his asmr vids
Btw the very last falsetto in TASTE is actually Felix not Hyunjin, these lyric guides get a lot of stuff wrong sometimes💀
dude i think with stray kids you just have to enjoy, in this group the members surprise you in every song, so it's hard to choose a favourite. personally i don't have favourites because one day i like one, another day i like another and then i like them all. my bias is Felix but because he's like my baby hahaha but i really like the talent and beauty of all of them.
Taste is a next level song for vocal ability! This song shows each one’s voice amazingly. This song really showed us all how stunningly they can sing. Lee knows notes though are frigging heavenly!
That last highnote was actually Felix!! He has an insane falsetto for someone with such a deep voice
i think changbin rap are full of crazy techniques..while han was crazy with unexpected flow with his verse..
Great reaction as always! I prefer Chan singing over rapping but that is just my personal preference even though he's a great rapper. Just giving you a heads up Chan loves to watch reaction videos in his spare time so don't be surprised if he watches your videos! Love how you're already getting used to voices to names. Some seasoned Stay's have to get clarification from Chan on who sang part of a verse between Han and Hyunjin. The colour-coded lyrics were slightly incorrect it was Felix who sang the falsetto at the end of the song, not Hyunjin. Recommendations- Victory Song, Easy, Double Knot, Tower of God ( TOP ), Scars
After a while when you get into Stray Kids you just have to give up on having favourites because a new person wrecks you on each song. I absolutely love Lee Know's voice, but one of my favourite things about both Lee Know and Felix's voices is that they worked on them and mastered them throughout being in SKZ. They both started out primarily as dancers but they trained and developed their voices until they mastered them as unique instruments. Felix's voice is something I feel the skill of managing you don't full notice at first, but the more you hear him talk and the range of sounds he can make with his voice the more you appreciate his skill at using it. I feel like Felix gives a special texture to any song he's in. The compositions of Stray Kids songs are so good because they know how to use each voice/tool at their disposal to make an overall track that works so well. Like, in Taste, the contrast of Felix's deep soft tone and Lee Know's high falsetto, and then Hyunjin moves in between both, uses the contrast so well to create atmosphere and that sensual tone of voices at their extremes (that tends to happen during certain situations/emotional states that they might be invoking). They don't just use their instruments well, they use them cleverly, and I love that.
CarKpop would also agree with you that Chan needs to rap more and it's such a treat when he does! You should really react to old 3Racha songs beacuse Channie was so fire in those. But also highly recommend "Maze of Memories" and "Turtle and the Hare" for group raps. Basically ot8 raps in those 2.
I understand you 😄! Stray kids are so talented! They confuse us all. It's hard to choose. In my opinion, it is better to just appreciate their qualities. They have many talents!

You struggling to rank them is a mood. I have constant bias changes so don't really stress on it, the amount of times you change who is the best for you makes me laugh cause I am the same. Every song hits different and every song different members shine which is what I love about Stray kids they let each other have their shining moments and support each other on their solo and unit songs. I agree Felix needs more vocal moments cause he is amazing. All of them are amazing at vocals. Now that you see how amazing their Rap Line are here is a list of songs that is more vocally focus and I hope you react to them when you have time. 😁

I love your reactions, and relate hard to the difficulty of choosing a favorite. I gave up very early on, ot8 almost since I became a STAY. Just a little reminder to STAY that it is better not to engage with haters, no matter how much you would like to refute what they are saying. They keep making the comments because they get reactions out of it, imo, so I think the best way to fight it is to ignore them. Of course report it if there is something that qualifies it to be reported but in cases that can't be reported, just ignore. Just my opinion though.

You should really listen to the “Deep End” - Felix’s solo song which shows what an amazing singer he is.
p.s. while listening, whenever you start thinking that it’s somebody else singing - that’s still Felix. His vocal range just mind-blowing.

Hi Trolltek!!! I just wanted to say that i absolutely LOVE the way you talk about each one's abilities and just how you describe them in general. I love watching these types of reactions but i genuinely appreciate your comments so much. I'm not the "stop pausinnnng" kind of watcher but I sometimes get tired of the reactors that stop the videos so much just to say some non pertinent stuff. And this is hy i love your reactions because i get so invested in what you say about the songs and i can watch your full videos without skipping! You have a way with words! And you struggling to rank them in categories IS SUCH A MOOD, it's literally every Stray Kids lover problem HAHAHA. i totally get the way your opinion changes every minute. i got into stray kids cuz i heard chan's voice in a clip on instagram and i thought it was the most beautiful voice i have ever heard but right now han's vocals are my favorite, i can't even explain how his voice makes me feel, it's like his voice is angelic but it's not like seungmin's voice, it's like he is the devil in the form of an angel, like there is something taking control of me behind the pureness of his voice.
i recommend watching i'll be your man performance for han's powerful high notes (also seungmin, i.n, lee know,chan's vocals and han, changbin, felix's powerful raps), he has the highest range out of all the members. i also recommend red lights ot8 performance so you get to hear changbin's vocals too.

Every time Channie talks about word choices, creation of new compound words, random cool ideas .... he usually follows it by revealing it was Changbin's idea.
I think that is a good example of how Changbin understands rap. He has a good understanding and creative feel for words and is a good ideas man in general. 😊

In an interview to the making of MAXIDENT, Hyunjin talked about loving Taste from the bottom of his heart bc it's DANCERATCHA's song and he has such fondness for the actual chroeo and MV (or live?) because it's a follow-up of Red Lights and meant to contrast it in a way colour-wise, but also add to it/show a different side. He really poured his artistic soul into it (as did the others, but Hyunjin talked about this), so I'd recommend to check out the performance as well some time :3

9:58 You seem to be suffering from chronic Underestimating Han Syndrome. Yes, Changbin and Han have very different styles and Changbin's approach to writing may be more surgical, but I don't know how you make the leap to assuming Changbin has a better grasp on his craft than Han. Han would not be to the level he is, could not put out the verses he puts out, if he doesn't "understand what makes rap rap". I think you do such a disservice to Jisung by assuming he doesn't share Changbin's understanding of "why things work and why things don't work". I just don't know what the evidence is for that when Han and Changbin are on the same level skill-wise and we see so little of their writing process.
You are like me as a baby stay getting more and more confused on who the hell my bias is the more I learned about the group. Used to think I was OT8 so I spent some time like that until 8 finally settled on LeeKnow. I still love all the members tho, so basically still OT8

I really enjoy your reactions to the guys and hearing your thoughts for their music, it’s been great. For me personally it’s just been difficult to stay tuned in when there are pauses nearly every line. Ik these might be times you really want to give your in the moment reaction immediately, it just seems as tho the feel/flow of the song is not being taken in naturally to be enjoyed. It’s become broken moments for me. As a suggestion maybe make ir through half the song then thoughts? Like I said only a suggestion, you’ll obviously do what fits your style of taking in everything. Either way I enjoyed the reaction, glad you liked these three!

I wanna say that I love felix's verses way more when he writes them (exp Taste , muddy water ) I love 3Racha's writing of course but with so many rappers in the group he doesn't get to shine as much as rapper or vocalist . it's a completely different story when it's a unit or a solo song written by him if you listen to deep end you'll understand what I'm saying
I gave up on choosing my favourite rapper or vocalist instead I choose fav verse in a song by a member like han's verse is my fav in Heyday .

I feel like Felix isn't primarily a rapper, but these extra cuts seem to be partly about expanding horizons which is a lot of fun. I'm more excited about him getting to show more expressiveness and range in Taste (in the live performances he's obviously singing that last line). But the main thing is everyone in this group is talented as hell and just keep learning and getting better. And I love how some of the lines layer...if you haven't seen one of the live performances you should take a look because the whole performance is fire. Bang Chan did a react vid of sorts.
