Just saw him on Neal Brennan's podcast earlier today and I felt the same, although I've seen him have so many "real" and insightful moments in a lot of his podcast throughout the years. It's just nice to have a glimpse into the person when they set the silly aside for a bit, this is why comedy podcasts are important because you never know what you'll get but it's almost always a good time
Tom Papa, Andrew Santino and Nate Bargatze are the best comedians in the business! You’re podcast is great and Santino’s special is great as well! Californians going on about rain is hilarious too!
A huge portion of parking in LA is underground, so it's the same as entire parking lots or peoples' garages getting flooded in any other part of the country. That's the one example. It's seriously wrecking them, but people who have never lived there go "hahaha those Californian losers are complaining about the *rain*?? It's just some water."
I am having a rough mushroom come down...the rain in the background and your gentle intro is really soothing my soul. I'm gonna learn how to make a good biscuit someday.
Chemistry here and the conversation topics are naturally great. I love listening to podcasts where both people are mellow/laid back, and I don’t have to adjust my tv volume haha. Both have great stand up material and delivery. On the topic of noisy backgrounds for specials, there’s only one that popped into my head that made sense with his set (not to distract and plug in another comic’s name) - Dov Davidoff: Filthy Operation.
Roast your own beans with your old popcorn airpopper, pour in beans and listen till the cracking slows and the aroma pleases, let the beans cool over night and grind fresh.
Andrew the new special was great! Congrats, bud. If you see this (or if anyone recognizes it) what’s that hat??? And where might I find it? Love the drip.
I'm 20 mins into this episode and I swear combined they've said smoking/ciggarette 20 times or more. This episode should be sponsored by Marlboro. I'm sipping on coffee, and contemplating dealing with Canadian winter, air hurts your face bs, but I may risk it.
Make a wish foundation is legitimately in the pantheon of heroic endeavors and I mean that with all seriousness. I've seen first hand what they do for kids who might not even realize that they need a glimpse of hope just through the efforts they put into making something happen and it's amazing. Nothing but respect for the people who volunteer for that organization and for those who decide to contribute financially or whatever way they can.
Love Tom and Andrew together! Two of my favorite podcasters, without a doubt. Thank you ❤
Santino’s Bill Burr impression was amazing
It was extremely spot on! Must be a ginger thing...
All of his impressions are spot on especially his Jeff Dahmer, Clinton, and his Theo Von!
This pod felt like a hit of coffee and cigarettes
On a cold rainy day…. So damn good.
This was the best interview of Santino for Cheeseburger special
Has to be one of the nicest podcast sets
These two are a soothing pair.
Came for Santino, subscribed for the jingle.
That intro is great lol
I listened on Spotify earlier. You two are great together, loved the episode & Santino’s special - I highly recommend.
andrew santino is blowing up!
He deserves it. Kid’s been working hard for ages. 💪🏻🙌🏼
Less silly and more insight than I was expecting...and it's pretty great!
Kinda great to hear Andrew on the serious side

Wow this was lovely. Papa really brings out the best in 'Tino
I grate the butter into the biscuit dry mix, mix again, then add the buttermilk, just made some for an Event this morning 👍
I don't know what the pandemic did to comedy specials but I haven't liked hardly any of them the last couple of years. Santino's is an exception.
I completely agree. But Papa’s was pretty good. Did you see it yet?
@@BPH55 Ya, I saw it and also one of the few that was good. Should have mentioned that.
Podcasts killed specials
Cheeseburger is hilarious
I want sum jalapeño cheddar biscuits 🤤 y’all are two good dudes, great talk!
Tom Papa - the baking Bob Ross
37:07 Tito Andrew should definitely start a show like this
“Hi everyone thanks for coming… I don’t like to talk”

Tom saying lil wayne as the fill in the blank for young/hip music was too funny 😂
Ringo traveled to India with a suitcase full of those Heinz beans.

Great conversation. Seamless. I'd never heard of Andrew Santino and now I have. Well done.
Check out his podcast Bad Friends and Whiskey Ginger, he’s a great podcast host and guest.
come to Spain Tom and Andrew! por favor ! Europe awaits you both!!
It’s so much better when Andrew loses his perpetual sarcasm and talks like a human.
He fits in well in any situation. Always a great guest.
I'm guessing Santino has a Technivorm Moccamaster. Best dang coffee maker I've ever used.
Oh I agree Dustin, total. I was listen to the beans choice. Mine this week, Tony’s crew brew from Seattle. So easy to buy.
