Roast Turkey and Gravy by Marco Pierre White

I know this was uploaded by SecondRFAccount (who is a dead horse now), but he didn’t show the recipe for the gravy.

Advice:
For a big turkey, use 1.5-2 stock cubes.
Add some vegetables in the roasting tray for flavouring the gravy.
Add a cornstarch slurry to thicken the gravy.
Stuff the turkey with a lemon or an orange for moisture.
