Asahi Modi Materials Pvt Ltd, Resin Coated Sand Manufacturing Plant & Process

We have tried to showcase the technology adapted and manufacturing process end to end in our factory. Since the process is fully automatic and programmed so chances of defect and contamination is zero.
Most of the Indian manufacturers use semi - hot method of mixing and use liquid form of resin which produces low quality resin coated sand, also increasing or decreasing percentage of resin in the product, and often give defects in manufacturing like Gas defects in castings ,Sand fusion, Surface finish, Collapsibility or shake-out at the time of de-coring, strength and many more.
AMM uses different kinds of solid phenolic resins developed by Asahi Organic Chemicals, Japan. Due to the usage of solid phenolic resins and high quality washed silica sand, AMM RCS achieves better flowability, lesser curing time and better strength.
Another major USP of AMM is that it has been successfully developing and customizing resin-coated sand offerings to meet the requirements of its customers.
AMM has an in-house Recipe formation and the strong team of R & D that facilitates in to produce better quality and customization to meet the need of the client and further improvement. For the smooth and undisruptive 24 x7 functioning of the plant, AMM has an in-house maintenance team of Engineers and technicians. Consultants and professionals from Japan & China keep on visiting the plant on a regular basis so that production and quality in the plant should not hamper.
AMM Plant follows all the Industry and environmental norms. Thus, it does not generate hazardous waste which may harm the environment. It also has dual power back and a water recycling system within the plant.
