That's awesome, I started November 1st also , lots of exercise and fasting almost daily, I'm running low on body fat to burn now , but had great energy while I was burning it , I was quite surprised

Too many boat repairs, and state letting our water go has made the fishing the worst summer ever for folsom, just did the last of the boat repairs yesterday morning and I'll be getting out trying soon! Thanks for watching the videos!

Plenty , catfishing been challenging on folsom this year wind keeps pushing them back out to deeper water and they will move back shallow in the afternoon some days and calum mornings, shad in the area can be a good sign if they might be around! Thanks for watching
Yea definitely cast close as possible to any trees you can find! Bite off right now catfish don't bite to well while spawning, hopefully they will be feeding again in the next couple weeks!

@@Memo-nd6fj yes I've lost 168 lbs and went from a a1c of 9.5 to a 5.4 in 3 month of keto , intermittent fasting and exercise, mostly walking, and weight machines that my back would let me do

Folsom lake mostly fresh chicken livers, cut shad is another good bait in northern California

Peninsula, but trees in water are everywhere right now, just have to keep trying them until you get bit, thanks for watching the videos
