I believe he's got !st, 4th and that was 3rd place. He's definitely on pace for AOY. But then there's Damian, who can be dangerous at any point in the end the Lol. I've Learnt so much on my kayak set-up, bait's fishing from these two. 💯 🌊 🎣
Hey i normally don’t make comments like this but I just started making some TH-cam fishing videos and would love some feedback. I just uploaded a video about an hour ago and would love an honest opinion! Thank you!
Greg thank you for being the inspiration for my channel. Your content, dedication, and advice through the years is much appreciated. I’m finally getting more consistent with my channel and it’s really paying off. Thank you!
Man you have such a good way of building the tension in your tournament vids! Still fish all the time, but Greg is one of the very few fishing youtubers I still consistently watch.
Doesn't it feel great when a decision pays off? That change of plans and doing something different.....and then it works out....is a HUGE confidence boost for me and makes me "listen" a little more to my gut when I'm fishing.
This is really cool to watch Greg. I’m glad you made it in the top three. The amount of skills you have gained, and acquired over the years is truly showing. I’d like to say I appreciate the fact that you still record and document everything. Keep up the great work Greg, see you on the next location.
There's something different about fishing a tournament that makes you fish harder, smarter, and more determined than ever. You can try to simulate it all you want when practicing, but I don't think it's a coincidence that you've done well in both tournaments so far! Good stuff Greg!
Thanks and congratulations Greg! This was an prime example of capitalizing on a tough prefish, and quickly identifying and committing to a pattern. You knew you needed cleaner water and you found it, then you worked your seasonal patterns and let the bass tell you the rest. These are true virtual on the water lessons, and I learned a lot here... stay on your game man. 👍🏽🎣
Love to see how you are always problem solving and mixing things up. Great decision to change areas and go with what was working. AOY is a real possibility if you can keep it up! Excited to go along with you and the gang for the journey! You and Coach did a great job…keep it up! Go Team Sierra!
We were cheering you on and happy for your 3rd Place finish! So glad your tournament day was a BIG improvement to your practice day. Watching your videos helps me become a better angler, thank you 😊
Lipless cranks and Chatterbaits…..throw more of these in Springtime. Definitely if I’m getting slammed on a spinnerbait!! 😂😂Always helped me…..love your videos Greg!! ❤❤
Newer subscriber, here, the fact that you document so many hardships of fishing then place top 3 in a tournament is incredibly inspiring and entertaining to follow. Great fishing and content.
Man, another great video... Its crazy, the level of emotions on our end while you are doing your thing is intense. Thanks for taking us along for the ride.
Greg, congrats bro. You're really killing it in tournaments this year. When you caught two, I knew the limit was coming. Smooth, smart, fishing, you and Dutch, and congrats to Mike. 🎣 🌊 😎
Love watching man had to sell my boat and kayak . (Had 3rd kid under 5) no time for fishing right now but been in between another kayak or getting a older bass boat under 10k . Waiting patiently and these videos help .
Congrats, Greg!! It’s great to see your hard work and dedication pay off. That’s a great spinner bait color and trailer. Seems to be a good weight, too. You may want to get few more of them to have, just in case, ya know. Anyway, all the best to you. ~John
Big bulky spinnerbait with a gold willow..yessir I was hoping you would change up from your practice bait choices.Nice adjustment in that dirty water and really great editing on this one .pretty much only watch your channel and Milliken at this point cause you guys love to fish and are consistent.Get back to the Bass masters this year 👍
Congrats Greg, what a great day for you and was awesome to see you catch that limit! Solid fish and smart move sticking to your guns and throwing the spinnerbait all day once you had some early success, it paid off for you, well done!
Great discipline exercises out there man. You recognized the mentality you wanted to be in and didn’t let things or curiosity distract you. Big ups GB. That was some solid fishing.
Great job Greg, you've taught me a lot about fishing and I want to say thanks for the great content and hope you win many more tournaments to come. Much Love ❤
What to expect in Greg’s video: Practice: I have no idea what I’m doing, fishing is tough. Tournament: I hope I catch a limit, then proceeds to put a beat down on the bass. Lol
Boom! Congrats GB on another top 10! Super cool Dutch finally got a dub, been a while congrats to him also! Thanks for another upload as always see ya on the next one ✌️
You went third because your lure of choice will catch medium size fish. Bust out them lunker punker or big hammer if you want 5lber n up. Once you have your limit n have them hours to upgrade, should of tried them big lures. Deep drop with rocky structure I would gone with a deep diving crank bait. You cover low n spinner is medium range unless you want to top your rod high for just below the water action also covers your ranges. All about knowing where they like to hang out n how deep is the bite. Enjoying your videos. Saw on TV this past weekend about another tourney where the winner just go in the middle of the lake and dropped straight down n just bounce backing his lure like he's fishing for Sacramento river salmon. He found the technique that no one else has tried. Something to think about.
yet a again a amazing video. been a long time viewer and finally making a switch from a float tube to a kayak. But never had a depth finder, I was wondering what you were running with.
Went out for a little bit today, 55 degrees but felt way cooler on the bank, skunked but I got to try out my new toys Shimano poison adrena and scorpion dc. 🔥
Impressive adjustment to the spinnerbait not to mention rattlesnake ramp is pretty much untouched water since the ramp was just barely in the water and completely out of the water a week prior. Good call to head North.
It’s really funny that when I was watching you fish in the chocolate milk, I wondered if you had tried a white or chartreuse spinnerbait. And here you are throwing it!
The spinner bait is hard to put down 😊 you can also experiment with it, Greg. Try a dark colored with a single Colorado blade in cloudy water. You’ve never felt something thump like it before :)
Awesome Greg! You’ve had really good results for the tourneys this year. That’s all that matters. All the skunks were just getting them out of your system before the tourneys!
Im out there almost every week and that week I was out just a few days prior to the Yak A Bass tourney…all I’ll say is you’re never done learning on Folsom. I saw the spot where I caught my Folsom PB and was hopin you’d hit a biggun there. Congrats on the 3rd. 👏
That’s crazy I went up to rattlesnake bar on that very same day and I was seeing a bunch of guys on kayaks and I didn’t even realize it was the tournament until after I got home! I caught one from the bank up by Avery pond on a red chatter bait it very well count have been a pb for me but I had no way of measuring it!
It makes me a little crazy that you only have 1 spinner bait/1color. This is not the first time you crushed with that white spinner bait. You are a 100 times better fisherman but I have a spinner bait case and love spinner bait fishing. I find it to be the most weedless in the ponds around me. It impressed me you kept it up with the spinner bait. I think of it as a low light bait. Congrats to you and Dutch!
That unintentional look back at 13:54 with a smirk right before you set the hook on that giant was amazing lol.
They always bite when you are least expecting it ha ha
Greg’s going for AOY this year
I believe he's got !st, 4th and that was 3rd place. He's definitely on pace for AOY. But then there's Damian, who can be dangerous at any point in the end the Lol. I've Learnt so much on my kayak set-up, bait's fishing from these two. 💯 🌊 🎣

Great way to start a Sunday morning; coffee and watching Greg and Dutch take top 5. Congrats fellas.
The fact that there’s no spoilers or click bait in the title make Greg’s videos so much more enjoyable
Greg thank you for being the inspiration for my channel. Your content, dedication, and advice through the years is much appreciated. I’m finally getting more consistent with my channel and it’s really paying off. Thank you!
Good way to start Sunday!
Every fish as soon as it’s hooked “It’s a Giant” lmao. Love it man.
Man you have such a good way of building the tension in your tournament vids! Still fish all the time, but Greg is one of the very few fishing youtubers I still consistently watch.
Thank you sir! I love making tournament vids - always seems to be eventful one way or another
The #24 breakfast burrito at Adelberto's is the call. Beautiful day yesterday, too.
"Clutch"!! new nickname. great day out for the team. Thanks for the content
Doesn't it feel great when a decision pays off? That change of plans and doing something different.....and then it works out....is a HUGE confidence boost for me and makes me "listen" a little more to my gut when I'm fishing.
You are fishing really well. Not flustered, not rushing, what a good day!
This is really cool to watch Greg. I’m glad you made it in the top three. The amount of skills you have gained, and acquired over the years is truly showing. I’d like to say I appreciate the fact that you still record and document everything. Keep up the great work Greg, see you on the next location.
Thanks Austin! Being out here in California for the past 6 years has been a huge learning experience

You always pull it together on tournament day. Love your content. Best kayak fishing channel. Thx Greg

Congratulations Greg…love your positive attitude and never give up! 🙏🏼

man I love the last shot from your rig as you help a buddy. very cool shot
Man, another great video... Its crazy, the level of emotions on our end while you are doing your thing is intense. Thanks for taking us along for the ride.
Thanks again Greg. Your videos always get me primed for the weekend. I'll probably try the Delta again. I wish the water would clear up more.
Never fish a tournament but you all make it look fun
Love em'. Can't beat the rush of catching a big fish on tournament day
Strong finish Greg! Congrats!
Nice limits out of a hard lake to fish. Congratulations!😎👍
Greg, congrats bro. You're really killing it in tournaments this year. When you caught two, I knew the limit was coming. Smooth, smart, fishing, you and Dutch, and congrats to Mike. 🎣 🌊 😎
Fantastic work greg over & over again i through spinnerbait with no love even small keitech glad the fish loved you like usual good job
Someone didn't have their beer opened at the end and was cheering everyone! That's a penalty!!
The boys weren't buying your after tournament humbleness Greg! 🤣😂🤣
That's the way to recover from yesterday. Your pattern of doing great when it counts is still in tact. Keep the vids coming.
Congrats! That was some great work, and your decision making showed your experience. Maybe some luck, but don’t sell yourself short.
Congrats on a good fish day!!!
Awesome finish!!! You really put it together in the tournaments.
Great job, Greg and Dutch! 76 skunked! Wow! Lets go!
Congrats brother
Congrats fellas!!!! Hope to meet you all at Tulloch!
Greg is the Tom Brady of the playoffs. You always knew he was going to show up and show out.
What a great start to your Tournament Year. 1st and 3rd starting off. Way to go!
Just finished. Heck of day fellas congratulations Dutch and Greg
Greg and the fellas ripped some lips and brought home some hardware!!! Nice day!!!
Congrats to you and Dutch!!!! Awesome!!!
Congratulations Greg on your 3rd. Place on a very tough lake. You and Coach did really great.🙂🍺
Greg’s 5th keeper! Both myself and Greg scream “YES” Of course I did that while at work!
Congratulations to you, and coach! That has to be an awesome feeling going from zero in prefish to top five on game day! 🤙
Seems to be the trend this year for me at least!
Love watching man had to sell my boat and kayak . (Had 3rd kid under 5) no time for fishing right now but been in between another kayak or getting a older bass boat under 10k . Waiting patiently and these videos help .

Yak bass fishing...now THAT is a good time!!
you said it!
Congrats Greg, what a great day for you and was awesome to see you catch that limit! Solid fish and smart move sticking to your guns and throwing the spinnerbait all day once you had some early success, it paid off for you, well done!
Awesome to see you go from skunk to this! Congrats man, you put in the work hunting them down.
You guys! makes me wish I had a little plastic boat....
Hell yeah! another great tourney video, thanks fellas.
Good job! You obviously made the right choice fishing new water.
Another great video.
Thanks.
Way to keep at it! Congrats!
Great discipline exercises out there man. You recognized the mentality you wanted to be in and didn’t let things or curiosity distract you. Big ups GB. That was some solid fishing.
Thank you sir! I've realized mentality and decision making has played a huge role in tournament success (or failure) for me over the years
Spinnerbait fishing in a tourney means one thing …… TRAILER !!!! HOOK !!!!!
Great job Greg, you've taught me a lot about fishing and I want to say thanks for the great content and hope you win many more tournaments to come. Much Love ❤
Awesome! Thanks for sharing the adventures!
Good job guys, well done 👍👍
Awesome job Greg! The spinnerbait has been straight fire this year for me as well. Caught a few 3 pounders on them in tournaments already.
What to expect in Greg’s video:
Practice: I have no idea what I’m doing, fishing is tough.
Tournament: I hope I catch a limit, then proceeds to put a beat down on the bass. Lol
Congrats to all the placers and another great video Greg thanks
Tight Lines Greg! 🎣
Good job. Fun to watch.

Congrats on 3rd Greg! Way to fish the moment, read the conditions, and keep that spinnerbait in your hand!
as always, a joy to watch. Thanks for sharing!

Nice job Greg and Dutch!
Good job guys. Great episode. CANT WAIT TO GET OUT ON THE WATER!!!!! Colorado was 14° this morning, not there yet!
Always like to see all the guys do good!!! Great video as always buddy
Congratulations! Thanks for videos.
Solid finish on the day, yesssir!!!!
Great job gentlemen! Good luck at your next event!
Went out for a little bit today, 55 degrees but felt way cooler on the bank, skunked but I got to try out my new toys Shimano poison adrena and scorpion dc. 🔥
Great job Greg, Awesome video brother Love it!!! 👊👍
i just wish i could get a few days with the low wind conditions. great video sir
Are live scopes legal in kayak fishing
Congrats Greg always a pleasure to watch and hear your thoughts
Good stuff guys allways have fun
I like the look of those conditions at the beginning.
Congratulations Greg

Nice job GB.
I was one of the 76 blanks unfortunately. It was tough out there, good job finding them Greg!
Well done Sir!!!

Good Job Buddy, just got to be dedicated on one bait if there biting it. 😎
Good job Greg, I would've made the same move to cleaner water, good called.

White spinner is my favorite and the only I have also. Never misses.
@@JonGilGonefishing I can’t get myself to throw plain white for some reason. I’m not sure if it’s stupidity or stubbornness. Probably both.
Great video, love the commaraity between you guys.
Like me and my buddies say…… if you ain’t spinning you ain’t winning! Way to go Greg 💪
